This is the 1st Masjid built by Prophet Muhammad PBUH in Madinah during the Hijrath. You can visit here and offer prayers. It has a huge vehicle parking area. It is situated in a beautiful surrounding. The structure and architecture of this mosque is just amazing.

Bring your own prayer rug. They dont allow entrance without one. Sometimes there will be people getting good deeds by handing out free prayer mats early in the day. They sometimes run out by afternoon.

Masjid al Quba is located near city of Medina.It is also blessed with the fact that it was the prophet Mohammad(PBUH)who put foundation stone of the masjid. According to Islamic belief if somebody offer two Rakkat nafl prayers in masjid al Quba he gets an equal reward from Allah as of an UMRAHQuba Mosque is the 1st Masjid build by Holy Prophet. The reward of praying 2 rakaats in Quba Mosque is equal to an Umrah. Note: Do Wudhu at your starting point (eg from your hotel), then go to Quba Mosque for praying 2 rakaats.The Mosque is located outskirt of Madina. It takes about 10 minutes by car from Masjid Nabawi area. By taxi it cost about 5 SAR/ person/way. Sometime we have to bargain first with the taxi driver. The taxi driver will wait us on the car park, while we are doing praying. They will drop us again on the same place as we took it.

The Quba Mosque (Quba Masjid or Masjid al-Quba) just outside Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is the first mosque ever built and the oldest mosque of Saudi Arabia. Its first stones were positioned by the prophet Muhammad (saw) on his emigration from the city of Mecca to Madinah and the mosque was completed by his companions. Muhammad (saw) spent more than 20 nights in this mosque (after migrating) praying qasr (a short prayer) while waiting for Ali whose house was behind this mosque.According to Islamic tradition, offering 2 Rakaahs of nafl prayers in the Quba Mosque is equal to performing one Umra.

No words to say. This is the first mosque in islam by our muhammed rasool swallallah. If you are doing ibadath (prayer) here ,that’s will be like a umrah. I feel i’m so lucky to have visited here. They are maintaining covid protocols. So you have to bring separate sujatha( mat Or carpet). Absolutely great experience. Some thing can feel spiritually with inner soul.

Masjid e Quba has a great importancy in Islam.Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) built Quba Mosque and offered prayers in it after he migrated to Medina al munawara and there is some authentic hadith in regarding of this mosque are quoted in the attached photo that hanging in the wall of the mosque.

Quba is a Historic masjed. Having all thinkable prayer facilities like ablution area, wide prayer area, air conditioners in inner & outer halls with a broad shed on outer hall for to protect prayers from sunlinght and car parking area. Entering disables are very easy for prayer. Drinking water is also available... Thumbs uppp 👍👍👍 for the management team.

Masjed Quba is open all times in the day for visitors. There are separate Toilets for men and women. Alse there is separate place for offering prayer (salah) for men and women.

I am really impressed by the new experience created by his highness Muhammad Bin Salman for tourism development initiatives in the entire kingdom. Lovely ambience created through pigeons, trees and convenience along with the religious importance of Quba mosque.

The first mosque ever built 🕌 such a significant and great spiritual place to be. Its 6 KM from Medina and you can arrive there by a taxi. There are shoe lockers and toilets available.
