Have their neopuff machine ... it had gone faulty and there is no service ... there is only 1 service person for entire north india ...please dont go with their products...they call themselves as critical baby resuscitation device manufacturers but cannot service them in term of service .Also their mumbai office is not interested in getting the same resolved ...
