No reports come on time and their whats app msgs are being read but no replies from the reader. Lack empathy and irresponsive...the email never came and the lady on whats app dint reapond till 11 pm....fyi ur info u have is absolutely incorrect

Sono dr is really angry person.she doesn’t know how to talk with the patient.she was talking loudly to the patient in front of all the staff and the patients.i must say she should be cool with the patient.

Went as an emergency as advised by doctor for scan due to pain in lower abdomen. No consideration given though I was in extreme pain and the sonography doctor was pathetic- inconsiderate and pressed my abdomen hard till I was screaming in pain. Will never ever visit and recommend the sonography section of nm Chowpatty to anyone. These inconsiderate pathetic doctors put a shame on the amazing ones out there

My blood sample was collected this am. Trying to see report online. Can see only 1/2 of report.

Spent 5 hrs for health check up!! Pretty poor facilities. Narrow stairs.low ceilings. Audiometry equipment malfunctioned and I was told to visit again once the equipment is repaired! Very unprofessional approach.

Highly over rated! The doctor performing sonography simply refers to your previous report & prepares a fresh one round about that one, wouldnt do an independent analysis even if you insist. Not reliable!

They analyze minute details of ur whole report and recommends further action.special thanks to dr. Gopalan and dr. Kruti who carry out very comprehensive physical check and cardiac check.The doctors at this centre also guide you to take only limited required checks in future as per your present report so to save unnecessary expenditure..Thank u..

The gyno is not good , rude and inexperienced. Pls change the gyno . Other services are good. Pls change the doctors .

Came several hours late inspite of home appointment for collecting blood samples even though I am diabetic and was fasting from more than 12 hours, came only after several calls. Gives suspicious reports. Showed that I am non diabetic inspite of being diabetic. Not ready for free retest inspite of market practice for free retest in case of suspicious reports. They are not reliable. Avoid going there. Better to go elsewhere.They dont care a damn about you.

Today my urine sample was lying in the washroom for almost 2 hours my bladder was not even full yet a sonography was done nor was the pap smear done this was not expected from NM Medical centre absolute a money making racket will the authorities please make note of such discrepancies

They have you registered but keep no records and expect us to bring hard copies of our own records for tests done by them prior.Collecting reports was cumbersome too.
