I have went to take medicine but staff is very rude so i have left with empty hands.Not expected this kind of service from staff.And he has done this in prenses of his shop owner.

Courteous and helpful staff, they have a wide range of products. Most of the medicines are available, they call for whichever is not readily available. Thanks.

I visited number of shops in Khar west and Bandra but no one was able to even provide me an alternative of med, as they were not able to know the medicine only. But here executive was knowledgeable and he satisfied my needs

Extremely unprofessional people and rude staff. Do not even think about home delivery, because even if you are dying they will not deliver medicines before two hours and that too after multiple follow ups. And that is saying something since I stay literally 5 mins walking distance from this place. Oh! and if they do not have certain medicines that they took order for, they will not even have the courtesy to call and let you know that the said medicine is unavailable and just show up to your door with half order. so basically imagine having high fever and waiting for 2 hours to get your medicines delivered and then the guy shows up without the paracetamol and only with antibiotics. WOW.

Worst experience ever. Pathetic staff, they couldnt be less bothered. If you give an order today, youll probably receive it the next day or not. I wouldnt even give it a quarter of a star.

Actually its not worth giving one star also, the service sucks here, if you go there to buy they will take at least 15min to give you medicine n if you call home delivery they will take at least 3 hours...
