I have availed Incred Loan for higher education purpose. So far, my experience has been pretty smooth. It is worth mentioning that my loan got sanctioned on the date promised to me. Very true to words. I will keep posting my experience here as and when I make further disbursements so that it will be a help to students who aspire to study abroad.All thanks to Incred that I was able to fulfill my dream of studying abroad and also, for making the entire process hassle free.

Probably the most disrespectful customer service agents Ive had a conversation with. The women who speak have no respect towards their customer - end up doing personal attacks communicating in high pitches. Even if the delay is a few weeks, not even a month, they end up calling 20-30 times repeatedly and harass their customers. I own a HDFC Regalia card, a Citibank card and RBL card, and none of the executives never speak anything the way InCred folks speak. I took a 5L loan out of emergency, and then COVID hit, probably the worst decision Ive made in my life financially.Beware, the collection executives are close to local goons and rowdies with zero empathy towards customers.When will you pay? No, pay today? Whats wrong with you? I know all about your profile record, stop playing tricks This is how they speak - because I couldnt pay the due on time and got delayed by 20 days.

I have not taken any loan from your company so why and how can you reflect it in CIBIL and I am going to take legal action against this kind of fraud you are doing to people.

I applied to Education loan. Though the loan interest is little bit higher because it is NBFC, The people are very considerate when comes to sanctioning of loan amount. They take care of the personal issues and provides much easy service compared to National banks or other NBFCs.

I applied to InCred Financial services for a loan of 40 Lakhs for my masters in the US. Though all the lenders rejected my case but InCred was considerate enough to approve my case. The only reason I am giving a 4 star to InCred is that they delayed my disbursement by 2-3 weeks plus the interest rate charged is quite high from the market rate. Market rate of other lenders is 11-11.5% but InCred gave me a loan at 13% Apart from this I am satisfied with the service from InCred

Dear Incred team,I would like to write about you that taking loan from you will be my first and last mistake. i have applied for 2 lakhs loan from you and you and out of 2 lakhs only 185616 credited into my account . You already deducted 14384 from the loan amount which you call processing fee. Your ROI is too high ...28% P.A. you will recover 64 thousand extra from me + you already taken 14384 from me within 2 years, It will cost me close to 1 lakh .Means 50% ROI.And your agents do fraud with us . I have given signed blank cheque to you on blind trust after that your agents presenting in my account by their names to get the amount in the name of insurance policy.Seriously i will never refer to anyone to get loan from incred. However, I am writing this review to point out your despicable service. Your team didn’t even had any courtesy to inform that my application was rejected and I was under the assumption that it’s still under review. Its a fraud finance organisation. Before 1 year I applied for the loan but some reason it rejected. But after 7 to 8 month increed collection team call my adhar card registered no for payment of my loan EMI even loan amount not credited my a/c. This amt credited some third person a/c also they regularly paid EMI but current month increed company call me you are not paid EMI. Plz tell me why Im paid the EMI those loan Im not taken.This is totally fraud my documents even Yesterday I visited increed office in Andheri East I waited at the reception around 6hrs but nobody person talk me proper matter they only confused me they talk only you meet sale department,online depar and collection department but not solve my problem.

Coming to know about Incred Finance was one of the worst things that ever happened to me. This firm is incredibly sloppy which I suspect for a scam now. They nag you into paying the processing fee. In the case of failed loan disbursement, they say the information on how the processing fee was spent is confidential (which honestly doesn’t make any sense) and refuse to give an account of it. So now they have left me wondering how they spent the processing fee 66375 INR they ripped off of me. I completely lost trust in them once I realized how careless they were which became apparent from them constantly changing the rules (even regarding legalization, a crucial step) in loan procedures.

Hi i have taken education loan int he year 2018 June the emi is ended on June 2019 but this month they have deducted the loan EMI when i try to contact them on the email id the emai ld is not in operation. they should provide the clear EMI statment which is help the customer to apply further.

This is one of most pathetic finance company I have seen.They are charging interest rate of 30% on personal Loan. I submitted my all documents. They do not provide loans to Bachelors even if you are earning more than Lacks Per Month.Go get marry than after you can apply for loan from here. These people have spoiled my CIBIL score as well and their conditions was not clear. Really disappointing. Plz do not apply for any kind of loans with this company pathetic.

As per there process and changes in norms, I wanted to rate 0.001 out of 10. They are Cheater, always giving false commitment and they do anything wrong with the customer.Mr. N....., Mr. A... and Mr. I...... these people are cheater. They signup the agreement and doesn’t provided to the customer and manipulate the existing norms on signed agreement of customer.Forcefully they ask to customer to sign on blank paper.

I was relieved to get my business loan approved so fast without any hurdles. InCred’s quick loan sanction was of great help to me.

Incred Company and his policy is totally bogus, they cant provide loan or send the status of application. Also customer care can not give the any proper reason of rejection, they told me they can not tell me the exact reason because this is against his Policies. InCred policy is only available to harass there customers. If they cant change his policy to give brief detail of the reason of application rejection, than report as a fraud service .

A lady called me today. Seems unprofessional. I am really scared after reading such bad reviews, I dont think I will take the risk of being intact with them. The lady who spoke to me today on call seemed confused. I told her about 4-5 times I havent written the exam yet, still she was repeating the same dialogue. I had the patience to convey her again and then cut the call.

Team incred charged me processing fee mailed me provisional sanction letter and later they did verification of my documents and told me that u dont have the required document and ur loan cant be approved, above that they also took 12 signed Emi cheques from me.... and when I asked for refund they said its non refundable ie 17k. How unprofessional. Generally bank charges only once everything is approved n verified which is the opposite for incred... Can anyone reply to this policy and justify what is the customers fault in this?also the executive said he will get me refund back if loan is not approved for any reason which I asked before paying the fee now he says based On management approval n says dont argue.

Loan approved as per their SMS on 1st of march, no information provided after, customer care keeps asking to wait for 72hours. 15 days till date, what is the point of loan if it takes so long just to go through your internal processes.

Got a loan via UDIO make my wish some kind of sh*** offer.It was 75k, i paid the first installment somehow though Udio didnt allowed to use the money for first two months.But when due date of second EMI crossed, they started spamming your inbox like hell and complaint to my father like a kid Sir apka baccha EMI nai bhara, what the hell ? are you serious? reporting to my father for not paying EMI ?The Employees are definitely not good, quite very rude !!specially bangalore branch.I tried reaching customer care, sent few mails to care@somesh*** ... no response, but wait..... if you dont pay EMI, well talk to your father, and if you need some help , F*** off !!
