Worst bank, to be precise Nariman point branch is the worst of all. They have not issued a new debit card for past 2 years and have charged me annually for the same. When I inquire about it they keep on pushing the work on one another. It seems they dont want to reverse the amount they deducted. Every time staff keeps on changing.If negative ratings could be given, I would have given one.

NRI BANKING With ICICI is strongly NOT recommended. Horrible service standards, especially their global branches have simply NO Control on your account to the extent they have no access to your account dues, payouts or transaction history. Shocking.It is best to stick with the Leading Global Banks as Citibank or Standard Chartered for optimal services when based out of your home country.

Bank is not worth for anything. You have any relation with them they will steal your money in the form of charges. BEWARE. This is the worst bank to do banking with. FRAUDS

Very Very Very Very poor service by ICICI Bank Employees.I have opened my account in this worst bank.but they are not able to activate my account from last 20 days.ICICI this is shameful for you.Very poor service.if there is minus rating so i will rate -100 to ICICI.if i hv to submit this comment, so i hv to give atleast 1 star to icici thats y i m giving you single star.

Poor service from this branch i was following up with them for almost 1 mo th for just getting 3k rs reversal. I visited another branch and got it done in one day.Really bad service from icici. They only do yoir work when u scold,get angry,be unprpfessional which we dnt want.
