Just for simple KYC went twice and still pending, and there reasons were biometric is not available and wen I went to other branch they said its not even required for it.Very bad experience.

There is no branch or ATM... You can visit Gol Garden, Poddar Park, Malad East Or Liberty Garden Malad West which are the nearest branches of ICICI. Advised to visit Malad West branch as all services are available there also staff is very polite including their security guard compare to Malad East branch. Also Malad West branch is full service branch. Hence i recommend to visit these branch only.
