Horrible! Just horrible!The bank employees named Jyoti and Poorva were too arrogant with me. Not just me, the deputy manager, Poorva yelled at the cashier in front of everyone. Is this the kind of professionalism ICICI bank deliveres?

The location on gmap is wrong. Ther exists no icici branch at the given location.We rather have citi bank there.

Bank service is too good, but needed employee to speak in local language I.e. Marathi.

At least mention closing time properly...Online or offline both timing is different...Plz keep on your mind time sence...

None of the staff seem to know anything. One single staff responsible to answer everyone who also keeps asking for advise about any question. Out of 8 just 1 answered the most basic questions . that too in the worst possible manner .
