Worst branch of ICICI BANK. The bank itself is not serious about its customer service. Abruptly the NEPEAN SEA RD BRANCH closed and shifted to Kemp’s Corner and lasted for couple of months and than they transferred my wife’s account to Hughes Road Branch without informing us. She is holding a pension account and last year the lady refused to update the pass book and this time the copy received from EPFO - Bandra asking the bank to give a 2 line reply to confirm that they have credited/ sum received in her SB AC. The concerned officer at the branch in front of me scanned the copy and forwarded to my RM and concerned person of ICICI who attends EPFO matters but till date there is no response. A Senior Citizen has to run from pillar to post since without this letter, I am unable to close my account at the branch.This bank is not interested in business and customer relationship.
