2 cash deposit machines..one not working. Other one keep accepting one note, 8 notes out of 100 note bundles. Also many times did not accept a single note. Wasted almost an hour to accept 200 note. Cashier was helpful. A real gentleman. Machines are no alternatives to humans. Bank needs to understand this and accept cash deposits without delay. Machines only is not a development.

I am an old customer of your bank but I am disappointed by your bank attitude towards your customer. I have my account with ur bank, but the same is under lein due to non payment of credit card. I have a creditable amount in my account and I would like to settle the credit card with the same. Please undo the lein so that I can pay and settle the credit card due. This is unacceptable as credit card being a unsecured loan RBI has no provision of leining my account for recovery. I would request you to remove the lein so that I can clear the due

Very sad to see new staff who have come in place of old staffs unable to deliver the services.wealth service manager like chandra was a gem of a person, He helps me with cash deposits, withdraws, FD planning, Investment advice, forex currency with best discount rates etc. He treats with great respect always greets me with coffee or tea no matter what, Knowledgeable person.New staffs I dont even remember those names all the time I go to branch I feel like why am i here kind of feeling ! Rather than solving my problems they ask me do investment, Insurance etc. I dont even have Interest in banking with ICICI if staffs are treating customer in such bad way.I hope staffs like chandra are back to ICICI bank
