Utterly disappointed with the way processing of my loan went through, loan was approved a month back, down payment was done 20 days before for the product, now the loan amount was disbursed.In the mean time I was literally tortured by staff asking more of personal things, doubting my integrity which made me to opt out of the process only then they have disbursed the amount which is way worst experience, these kind of NBFCs cant survive in the market, hope this feedback will help in improving the process for others or else good bye credit fare.

Theres no proper coordination within the team. I need to repeat the same things to 10 people. Few days ago I made partial payment for my loan. And mentioned to the team that remaining I would clear next month. Still, I get calls everyday from different people asking for the same. And people who call me their numbers are marked as fraud, spam.... Worst of all, they dont understand if a person did not attend the call in the first attempt, make next call at least after 5 mins.... But they make 4 calls within 2 mins itself... Thats really annoying. Moreover, I had mentioned it to the team months ago that I lost my job due to covid. They had told, they would remove the late charges if I pay some amount, I paid still late charges are not removed. I really had a disturbing and disappointing experience. I would never recommend credit fair to anyone.

I dont recommend credit fair to anyone. They are very rude, unprofessional and rude. They used abusive words on the call. They called up my family members and threatened. They said they would come to my house door if theres delay in payment.
