I must say this is the best place to watch movie with your wife, friend, or girlfriend, mom , this seats are made for 2 people and everything is convenient, order food online, they follow all covid protocol, the ticket are little costly but yes if u want to enjoy the show this is for u.I have been their few times and always had a great experience

Wow. Thats my first word after I walked inside the cinema. The best design, perfectly maintained, clean. Especially I liked the chandelier (such a unique design). I went on Monday to watch cartoon and paid 188 rs per ticket (the cheapest ticket). Food court looks like in 5* hotel (even sushi station available). Good selection of coffee and non-alcoholic beverages.

This is located at palladium mall.Theater interior is new, and amazing, can say just superb.Great design.As we entered security ,outside food items not allowed inside.After enter gate, nice sitting arrangements,With highly and chandelier, LED photos display in golden frame, with gives exclusive looks.Very huge food counters.Prices of popcorn / Pepsi / others more varieties are not less, but all r ready to pay to them,Drinking water placement are there.Inside the theater, its not huge, but seats are new and very comfortable.Some in front row and back side full recliner.Others are also comfortable.Cleaned and good one.For screen 6 their is escalator.

Since I’m reviewing this place during the period of the CoVID pandemic, I’ll add an extra mention of the precautions taken. The staff here follow all the mentioned protocols related to sanitisation and prevention. However, there was one setback which was during the time of entering the screen. We went for an IMAX show which was 90 percent pre occupied (not counting the half capacity). Given the show was packed and everyone was waiting for the door to open, there was a bit of crowding there which can be seen in one of the pictures below. If taken note of the same, PVR can become incredible in terms of safety and entertainment. Talking about the screen size and quality, Kotak IMAX is just one of the most enthralling places to watch a movie. Brownie points for the politeness, cooperation and hospitality shown by the cinema staff. Definitely recommend this place!

The Gold theater experience here is just amazing. The recliner seats.. the on call service right at your seat just on the press of a button.. the nice and warm little blankets..The screen size and quality is also great and the sound system is also great.. in all a great movie experience.. must try....!!

One of the best looking theatre in entire Mumbai.They newly renovated the place with Golden color theme which just looks marvelous.Screen and sound quality is pretty awesome as well.Seats are well cushioned and very comfortable. They offer recliners as well for couples at the top row and bottom low(towards the screen).Plenty of Sofas and seats for waiting. Food is costly which is the case at every high end theatre so no surprises there.Overall worth coming back👌

Great place to watch a movie , good care of all the sitting places and washrooms through proper sanitization was taken .** Alternate sitting is been allowed right now **

The place is following covid norms bery seriously and they do not allow food inside the theatre but we can sit outside and have it in the lounge. The washrooms are kept pretty clean and the entire place is being sanitised often. Some of the seats have been replaced so I really did miss the old recliner seats which move slightly. And it is kind of innovative and sad for PVR to sell microwavable popcorn and converting the servers to marketing professionals, but good job on changing with times.

PVR Icon is two levels above the other PVR screens there, which are the auditoriums 5 and 6. It is probably one of the best designed theatre in Mumbai. Beautiful chandeliers and screen beams that make you glued to it adorn the place. You get served food from a variety of options.I had booked for the recliner seats which recline completely and is such a comfortable experience to view the cinema. Although its on the expensive side its totally worth it. They also do have lounger seats which are the first row. Would definitely recommend it.

Renovation looks so beautiful its all golden everywhere, feels like you are somewhere else temperature is cold inside especially in theatre, ambience is class!! Food rates are high though regular popcorn starts from 330₹ rest all is mesmerising

No doubt that this is one of the best multiplex in the town. The place is very clean and more importantly attractive. The interiors are well designed with beautiful decor. The theater itself has good Dolby Atmos sound and audi 7 is IMAX. The toilets are also very clean and well maintained. The food though lacks a lot of good options.

Multiple screens, IMAX, 3D Premium mall with class crowd. The screen are big and good. Sounds system are crisp and clear even in high range. Food is good, Overpriced Popcorn is available in cheese, caramel and salted variants. Staff very helpful. This place has good decor, interesting lift artwork. Movie tickets are priced very high, enjoy your day when here.

Amazing IMAX 3D experience and a great luxurious ambiance of PVR

PVR Lower Parel has its own advantages. The only large multiplex of Mumbai which is located close to the railway station, the only PVR in south Mumbai, first multiplex in Mumbai western line with an IMAX screen and of course its convenient show timings. But its best part is IMAX. Have seen movies in both normal IMAX and IMAX 3D format. It is totally worth it. If you are planning for an IMAX movie, go for a morning show during weekdays as ticket rates are less, less crowd and there are no long queues for tickets.

After the updation its the best pvr Ive ever been to.. the ambience the seats its absolutely perfect in all ways ..but yes its some sort of expensive

Exceptional service by the staff. Never seen such service . The interiors are beautiful . I dont necessarily enjoy the imax normal seat material , feels like leather but isnt plus the seats dont recline . The caramel popcorn is top class and theres a fine dine menu for order.

Best PVR i have ever experienced. What a luxury. Cant describe with word you have to experience it. Watched movie in IMAX 3D such a great curved screen with high quality 3D effect. Sound quality is also very good you can feel the base and everythig is Just amazing. Renewed PVR Icon is really grand experience. Must say, hats off to PVR and their staff. All necessary safety measures have been taken. Social distancing is maintained even inside the auditoriums. Staff is highly trained in covid compliant service. Extremely comfortable seating, great network speeds for Jio and Vodafone, power banks available to charge your phones and free drinking water for customers. Remember to have aarogya setu app setup before you enter, they will ask for it at the entrance.

The movie watching experience is amazing, but what is lacking is the quality of food. But other things is good like Nice staff and good service as well as nice cinema. Only chairs in theatre are a little uncomfortable due to the shape of the seat the head and neck are at a forward angle.

IMAX screen is dirty. There were flies buzzing in the projector room which were being projected on the screen.

Dont worry if you missed the beginning of the movie cause they make sure to start the movie from the beginning after the interval. And it will go on until the people in the theatre start shouting out to call out the people outside to start the movie from where they left it before the interval. When they do fast forward to where they left it make sure you look away cause most likely you are expected to get spoilers or even the post credit scene. Tickets are extraordinarily expensive especially with this kind of experience (not just the movie ticket but even the food).Tips to get affordable movie tickets: Avoid weekends or wake up early on your off day to make it to the first early morning show 👍

The place is excellently maintained, the washroom the movie auditorium.As usual spending 700 bucks for Nachos and a medium bucket of pop corn makes you feel you are too rich 😂.The temperature was bit low may be due to less audience.The seats though not hurting your back but also wasnt good or soft.PS: 3 star for seats4 for ambience of the auditorium5 for washroom maintenance.

The PVR High Street Phoenix is definitely a must visit for the IMAX they have, though the projection is not IMAX but the screens will definetly blow your mind. The 3D is also good compared to other competitors. The F&B services and the staff is also quite helpful.

One of the newer PVR outlets, so everything is in good shape. Excellent seats, especially in the Luxe section. The cafe serves very good food - it is pricey, but considering what you get, I say its worth it.

A nice and fancy one I must say!! Love the sofa recliner seats in the last row that have a concept for seating two people together! A great idea for couples to relax and watch the movie together instead of feeling miles apart in other normal recliner seats.. Amenities like restrooms and tidy and clean. F&B are really good but a little overpriced.

Movie starts 20 minutes after the show timing. Since 1 month its too cold inside. Request you to keep temperature at bearable levels. 22° to 24° shall be fine for everyone.

I experienced the best sound quality and good screen view here. Seats are very comfortable. Theatre is clean & safe. Tickets could be Booked online & offline.Overall, I had a good time watching movie here.

The theater itself is state of the art in terms of the picture quality &sound acoustics but it is ridiculously overpriced.They are overcharging for F&B and literally looting everyone .Its best to avoid morning shows as the crowd that comes in is not the greatest and they literally howl at the screen thereby ruining the experience.PVR needs to up its game soon in terms of the seating which is uncomfortable and the snacks at interval.

I went to IMAX PVR Phoenix today for Star wars Rise of the Skywalker movie. It was an awesome experience. The theater has recently upgraded with Laser viewing experience. My movie experience was excellent with great 3d picture and earth shattering sound. I would love to visit again.

This transformed multiplex has blown my mind. It has the most comfortable seating I have ever experienced. Its truly a place which is a class apart.

What you really need in a movie theatre... Sound and picture quality ? I guess so.. well u will not get disappointed. Seats are really comfortable and prices are affordable for the morning shows. Ambience is awesome but snacks are expensive as usual, and you will get no free water :p

Went there this weekend - had booked the recliner seats at Icon. Asked for a blanket and after some time the person comes back and says that there are no blankets available because all have been given away. How difficult is it to make sure that there is one blanket available each for every recliner seat. Its experiences like these that ruin the overall experience. Inox is way better - pillows and blankets are already kept ready on each seat, before the show starts. One doesnt need to ask for one. The more sensible way to organise, one would think.

The show does not start on time. Lots of time is being wasted because of the ads before the movie and also in the interval . The recliner seats are just awesome. They were supposed to give the mineral water bottle for people opting for recliner seats but were not given. Food is very costly but the arena is luxurious.

Seats are comfortable. The app could send food to your seats after verifying tickets but makes you go to the counter, in the one out of five times that it works. Also why is everything to eat so expensive? Just because they have you in a place you cant leave for 3 hours does not mean you extort customers. I recommend bringing your own lunchbox.

Surprised by the call from the manager and his insistent that I cancel the show at 1030 in Luxe and see in a recliner @10 pm . On my refusal he starting insisting I am the only one and the recliner is same experience of Luxe .. he kept in pushing for me to change . My answer in that case I won’t be coming . That’s the Customer Service in New India ... this would never happen at INOX . I bet he won’t refund the money saying I didn’t show up and not refer to my discussion .. amazing how business run ... the manager name toufan . I am sharing this experience and wonder the importance of loyalty to a brand

A good comfortable multiplex with a nice Ambience. Parking though is ridiculously expensive and inconvenient. Entering and exiting the premises is a project of sorts. Make sure the movie is well reviewed to forget the logistics experience. Nice restaurants in the vicinity can make it a complete evening.

Me and my spouse were at PVR ICON on Friday night dated 6th march . It was a 10.30 pm show for the movie Thappad....our seats were B13 and B14... This is certainly to notify that the sound quality was really bad ... There were sound breakages in between the scenes throughout the movie ..It totally hampered our overall experience . I certainly do not expect such a technical negligence from a brand like PVR....The least you can do is refund our money back .
