I will actually give 4.5 stars. This place is a go to option for me. It serves one hell of delicious Parathas. They have so many variety to choose from and it is not even very expensive. This place is on Linking Road and it also has parking. It is a typical restaurant and its not always crowded. You can go without reservations too

One of the finest Restaurants in Mumbai if you wanna try a plethora of Parathas. You can choose the customization you want in the stuffing. And its definitely unique. The ambience is perfect. The only problem is you might have to keep waiting if its a peak hour on a weekend.Besides the food is delicious 😋 and the time spent there is worthwhile.

The chole, jalebi with rabri and jalapeno cheese paratha were okay. The aloo parathas and papad with paneer paratha were not very nice. The service could have been better.

Parathas are yummmmm but they come at a high price. One could eat same at road side vendors. But if you are with family then the place matters.

Great place to enjoy different types of parathas, kulchas, chole. They make it very fresh and tasty. Though its bit over priced, but its worth to get s fresh and tasty food. Today I tried their solo walla kulcha and it was out of the world. Being the mango season, I asked for mango milk shake. To my surprise they did not have fresh mango milk shake. So I decided to have sweet Lassi, which was not good. The ambiance is good, service level is ok, but the food is excellent. Good to dine with family & friends.

Located on Main Linking Road, in Khar this eatery has a very basic look and feel to it. No fancy layout and it can get very crowded and noisy at times. But if Parathas is what you are craving for there is no other place that has this variety and taste in that space. The portion / size of the Parathas make it value for money and the taste also is extremely authentic and Customized to your liking if you so desire. The Restaraunt is hygenic and there is also valet parking available. All in all, a go to place if you want to eat something’s that will not let you get hungry for a whole day after this meal.

Only Parathas is a great family restaurant where the whole family can enjoy a hearty meal. They serve a wide variety of cuisines, although as you may have guessed from their name, Parathas are their speciality. Do give the Chefs Special Parathas a try with some Lassi. They also do quite decent Desi Chinese. Valet Parking is available and the staff is very friendly.

The visit to Only Paratha was awesome !!The Tokri Chaat dish was mouth watering... Again all the tastes of panipuri was too good & delicious...I loved Nawabi Paratha... It was so tasty that i will not forget this eating bonanza and heavenly food experience for long time...

If you are somebody who really loves having paratha this is your place to go. it has all sorts of parathas as per ones taste but some of them do taste a bit bland or lesser to what you expect after reading the name on the menu so be a little cautious while ordering and take the waiters help ,their service and guidance is really good.

Very good food but very bad service. No one comes to your table for order or service unless you call them 4-5 times. Nobody supervises as to whats going on.If you are sitting in distant corner, then forget service.

The ambience is good but they really need to play some music, it gets too loud with the people chatting all together.Food is good, quantity is slightly more as the paratha gets too heavy for a person to eat alone.They really need to take care of the cleanliness of the tables and the cloth they put up maybe try using some table mat if changing the cloths get difficult.Staff is warm and prompt.Overall would prefer ordering a takeaway than to dine in.

No longer the iconic place that it was about 2 decades back but still yummy and best Punjabi food in the town.Far better than the many mall versions of this brand. Long live Only Parathas. As another review said, a bit of renovation may help.Keep up the good taste

A cozy and comfortable place. With a very family friendly atmosphere. The food is great but may not be for the right price. It is only parathas anyway. There are TVs for any live sports to be spectated. It might take some time for your food to arrive. I was there during around 6pm, with almost no crowd and still got the food after a pretty long time. Maybe the chef wasnt ready or it is the average time they take. Still the experience was good because the food was great. Do try it when you get a chance.

The way to the restaurant is from a lift that is so unhygienic with pan spits all over the lift grill.The staff is quite snobbish and its over priced

Good place to have lunch or dinner with family. Here you can find in number varieties of parathas from Desi touch to continental essence. Chat item is also good option for starter. Place is big and ambitious is good. Good for small family get together.

Would not advise anyone to book the banquet hall .We had asked for booking and the banquet manager Mr Ramesh assured us of t availability of the hall On reaching there after phoning thrice and informing them about our date of booking on the phone itself earlier, we were informed that the banquet will be closed for renovation.He dint seem interested at all in taking a booking but after knowing all the facts beforehand he could have at least not wasted our time and made us wait for 3 days.No senior manager was available to address our complaint also

A family place which serves all cuisines with Chaats and North Indian cuisine being the speciality. They have over 100 varieties of paratha and some amazing desserts.All in all a very nice family restaurant and yes its vegetarian and they dont serve alcohol.

Describing parathas, the covering including the circumference is thicker than required.Each Paratha is rightly served as cut into four portion. While consuming the first 2 + half of the 3rd triangle, it is still fine as they are warm, but thereafter the remaining one & a half portion gets hard & not as enjoyable.

Today evening at 8 pm we visited Only Parathas Khar, we have found a Small piece of Steel Wire Ball Scrubbing Brush.Such negligence can even take our lives. A nostalgia of the bygone era at this amusement park named ONLY BAD PARATHAS - which should be the name of this place. Oil dripping, Garam masala filled ,overcooked and flavorless parathas. Dont bother looking at the menu - aloo paratha and gobi paratha will taste the same - that of excessive garam masala that is not cooked well. To compliment the ambience of 1920s, waiters might do the favor of attending to you. Only if you are a man. Women must be accompanied by men, kept under supervision, and may not be spoken with directly. Ticket prices for this amusement park is tad bit expensive, 800 for two plates of bad parathas!If you are looking for adventure in life, this is your calling!

Methi mushroom paratha was good. Dal and chole were below average. ordinary pickle.

Quite expensive but worth it because of amazing food quality. Make sure you reach post 12.30 pm if you want to have any tandoor items. Do try Amritsari Kulcha

Variety in parathas..we tried aloo and nawabi paratha and both very yummy and very filling. The chole was average, very spicy.

Authentic Punjabi vegetarian food from the Delhi Amritsar region. Plenty of combinations and varieties. Though they have include South Indian, Continental and Chinese food but still call it Only Parathas. Place can be a little noisy. Decent vegetarian fare for those who want a change. This outlet has been around for nearly 15 years and many journeys along the way. You can often see the owner Puppy Singh at the restaurant taking keen interest in every aspect of service.

We ordered two parathas, the first shocked us with a large thread in it!! Manager said happens the atta packet ka thread got mixed! Imagine our horror when the second paratha ended up revealing a hair strand. The managers attitude was so careless, they never customize the order even the slightest, and gladly billed us the entire amount without a single apology!
