Newest Asian place in Hub Mall.. the ambience is superb and the vibe is next level. The bar offering is amazing with some really good cocktails and mocktails. The decor is Asian and the best part is after 11 it is a proper club like atmoso with a relatively small dance floor. However people start dancing around the table itself. The music and DJ are fabulous. The food is decently average. Could have been a bit better as I had a expected a lot.The sushi felt dry, the dimsums tasted nice but they were fridge cold. The accompaniments were really good! The masala Schezwan peanuts were the star of the evening! Proper sider to go with drinks. ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸปThe crispy Veg was piping hot and tasted good too! ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸปThe Fu Jou cocktail was specially amazing..๐Ÿ‘๐ŸปThe paneer pizza tasted good with stringy cheese and lots of toppings. The paneer should have been less chewy.Overall, it was a good experience. Would love to try the other dishes in the menu.

For a person around Nesco or Goregaon West, a usually business day may find them in a tough spot to select a good decent restaurant to unwind. This may be a past concern as FuJou - Asian Bistro & Lounge, is now open right at HUB Mall.We found the restaurant to be almost 60% occupied on a Thursday. The interiors were decent, bright lights, TV screen viewable across the open hall seating area and a nice little BAR counter. The food menu has a decent spread, a separate section for the DJ console with some interesting chartbusters played around 800 PM, soft enough to have a conversation and loud enough to enjoy. The portion sizes were good, the presentation was decent and the service was quick. It seems people from nearby Nesco and the Corporate parks will find this place attractive especially with the menu friendly dishes. I am sure corporate offers will be exciting if introduced...!!We had tried the following: (**Recommended)โ–ถFujou Speical Cocktailโ–ถCranberry Juiceโ–ถUramaki Sushiโ–ถThai Basil Chicken Sushiโ–ถMixed Dimsum - (**Recommended)โ–ถDragon Chickenโ–ถSliced Fish in Hunan Sauce - (**Recommended)My suggestion, being passionate about Asian cuisine - I found the menu a bit unclear as they had items like Paneer Pizza, Cheese Jalapeno, Chicken Pizza, Basil Chicken Popcorn. The Maki Sushi was tasty however the Nori sheet used was a bit tough and the Urmaki Sushi could have been moist. With the layers of filling and rolls inside the sushi, they are usually around 1 to 1.5 inch in height and length but this was much smaller, way under an inch.I definitely recommend this outlet, especially if you are working around the nearby vicinity...!!

Fu Jou GoregaonFu jou is the newest addition to the awesome places around Goregaon area. Not only is this among the best in the market but its advantage lies in the location as it is centrally located in Hub Mall, which is more than a brownie point.I recently visited this place for a dinner on a weekend and this place has a theme where in they run an in-snack animated wall where in you can get a full of perfect Asian - Chinese feel. Amazing, right? Also they have fully stocked huge open bar severs some amazing cocktailThe cocktails here are quite innovative with a amazing mixology. We tried some quirky named drinks like whiskey sour without egg, it was nicely done,It had a different refreshing feel to it.. and then we ordered for beer made our mood fizzy. Another amazing drink was cosmopolitan which was subtle sweet taste to it and it was vodka based. In appetizers, we had some amazing small plates and quick bites, and heres my feedback on the same:-Dragon Chicken - this piece of art of prepared with slowly chicken made with a Oriental touch with chilli flavors of ginger and garlic. It was yummy and little zing of spice.Chicken & pokchoy dimsums - these were tiny delights if dimsums well made with juicy and tender chicken stuffed in right quantity to make it not bursting in the mouth but to actually make it subtle and tasty.Sliced fish in hunan sauce - these cute little sweet fish slices were perfect appetizer and went totally well with our drinks. They had human sauce base cut into tiny pocket pieces and made it purely delightful to have it. No flavor were overpowering each other just that the fish quality was nice.In desserts, we had some really Innovative and amazing ones. The best thing was the caramel custard with perfect balanced flavors of pudding it sweet and that coolness in every bite. The other dessert we tried was Chocolate brownie with came with a Chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and brownie was nice & moist. Totally worth experiencing. The service of this place is okay. While most of the place was filled & packed but its a good place to enjoy good drinks, desserts specially. They also have karaoke night, games night & dj fusion night scheduled on a dedicated days.Must say it was a great curation by chef Gaurav..Must try if around Goregaon

Fu Jou is a newly opened lounge at Hub Mall. Shout out to Sushi and Authentic Asian food lovers. The restaurant is very spacious. Have a beautiful bar and a DJ booth. They have events throughout the week.I visited the restaurant on Friday evening for the launch. The atmosphere was absolutely lively. Good crowd and Good music. Servers were attentive and prompt. They played Bollywood music and the crowd absolutely enjoyed it. The serve fancy cocktails. Fu Jou Ok and Flaming tower is a must try. Both are white liquor based. One flaming tower will get you buzzing in the party mode.Coming to the food, I see for the quality and the taste the pricing they have put is quite reasonable. We tried the sushi boat which was actually a sushi platter. The taste was aunthetic. Cant think of any better alternative options for sushis in the suburb area.Fu Jou drumsticks and Dragon Chicken also deserves a mentioned. The dishes were well done and I cant wait to try them again.Overall a beautiful experience for me. Good Food, Good Service and Good Music. Couldnt ask for more.I would surely be visiting the restaurant again in the coming weeks.

FU JOU - Asian Bistro & LoungeThe cuisines they serve are Asian and Chinese. Its a new place situated on the second floor of The Hub mall,Goregaon. The Ambience is good. The bar counter looks decent. The staff was helpful. We tried the following items :-โ€ข Cosmopolitanโ€ข Kachi Kairi MargeritaThe Cosmo was pretty okayish. It felt more like a mocktail. The Kachi Kairi Margerita which came on our table wasnt that great to be true. From the starters the veg cheese balls were pretty delicious. The dragon chicken was good. The sushi preparations were good somewhere here and there, I wont say it was amazing but it was okayish. Not the best i would say. The paneer starters were okayish.Ordered for the main course but dint receive the main course on our table.Service major improvement needed. In desserts the Caramel custard was pretty good.Overall it was a mixed experience with some being good and some missing the points. Though its name is asian but the asian preparations dont do the justice.

Attended the launch party of Fu Jou last Friday which to say the least was modest; the launch saw the whoโ€™s who of the food blogging world and everyone was having a gala of a time. The launch event went on from 8 PM to 1 AM with booze flowing and food being served to people dancing their heart out post couple of hours into the party.Chef Gaurav Raghuvanshi showcased his culinary skills curating the whole menu section which consisted of finger food to well-crafted sushiโ€™s.The bar counter had some classic potent concoctions which kept the part alive and our heads buzzing the whole night!Started our night with โ€˜The Cosmopolitanโ€™ which was an ideal drink for the light headed to people to enjoy the night but โ€˜The Whiskey Sourโ€™ got us all set for a crazy night and the house pour in Whiskey Sour was Black & Whyte which made this concoction smooth and a notch above the rest.Coming to the appetizers; we tasted quite a few but our picks for the night was Szechuan Pepper Prawns followed by the cheesiest chili paneer pizza. The masala peanuts along with jalapeno cheese burst were the perfect bar nibble and the Tempura Prawns sushi was a class apart and you couldnโ€™t help going for second & third helpingWe really didnโ€™t get to the main course or dessert after having such a wonderful time here; but can wait to go back to Fu Jou for a quiet well curated lunch or dinner.A separate DJ booth playing good tunes and a decent floor to let your hair loose be it a weekday or a weekend, the Bistro cum Lounge works in favor of Fu Jou as there are no high end Asian eatery in the mall or nearby vicinity and the option of lounge experience will only draw more crowd to them.Fu Jou seems to have a good business model planned for itself and we do wish Fu Jou all the best for the times to come.

This new place nestled in hub of work place is certainly a prime destination to go to.By the name as it suggests, a vibrant asian bistro is curated extremely well by its chef. It has fancy interiors and cool dj to groove as they have many nights to set urself loose ie karaoke nights, ladies nights, bolly fusion nights, etc.Food portion size were good, presentation was decent and service overall felt pleasant. They have lip smacking masala peanuts to gorge on with drinks, prices are decent hence wont burn hole in pocket. Some of other items highly recommended are, thai basil chicken sushi, mixed dimsums, dragon chicken and at the end the brownie with icecream.Place worth being with friends to groove on the beats and have a great time.
