Although very crowded, the Ambience is great and staff is Excellent. The food was very good too. Solid recommendation for anyone going to colaba. The chicken steaks are exceptional.

Loved our dining experience. The food, vibe and staff is amazing. We ordered the minute steak and fish & chips to have with Beer.The food is really delicious and the variety is good. They serve beer and wine. Beer and food is reasonably priced. The staff is polite and courteous. They play old English songs like those of Boney M. It was such a fun time.The only problem is that social distancing is not possible due shortage of space. The tables are closely placed but it was fun nonetheless.

Its my first time in Bombay, had a wonderful time in Mondys. Its one of my relatives best choice of Cafe. So we went there and had a wonderful time. Talking about food was OMG never expected this type of taste and quality that Mondis has to offer. The Staffs were very active and very very well behaved. Each of them knows how to deal with guests. Again the food was absolutely fantastic, the Ambience was like Coool. It was Bob Marley music were playing on. And all my favourite Geners of Bob Marley were playing. Overall I would like give 10 on 10 to this place.Thank You Mondi for Having me.

Ambience of cafe is very happening.Staff is very friendly, helpful & courteous. The best part is we can take kids along & they have even chocolate 🍫 milk 🥛 in the Menu . Staff will sweetly serve you milk as well beer 🍺 😂. All snacks are just amazing . Food quality & everything is good . Just take care of waiting at weekends’.I liked iced tea 🍵 .A must go place

One of my favourite go to place. This place has an identity on its own. Walls and cutlery adorn cartoons by the late cartoonist from Goa, Mario Miranda. A jukebox plays hit numbers from the 80s and 90s take you to a different world.Food, drinks, lengthy conversations and watching the world pass by makes you forget how time has passed by. This place is located at very adequate position. You can have snacks, dine and good place to chill-out with family or friends which is near to Gate way of India. Food quality is very delicious and quiet good quantity provided here . It is little expensive. We had ordered veg food which includes like haka noodles, triple Schezwan rice, cheese garlic bread, cheese balls, and onion mushroom pizza. Surprisingly pizza was very delicious 😋...!!! One of the most iconic cafes in Bombay, I was really excited to visit the place again post covid. The owners greet you and take your temperature at the entrance. Every staff member wears a face shield and the service is really good. All my orders were brought to the table on time. The food as always was delicious and the ambience just transports you to a fun place with the jukebox playing amazing music. I highly recommend visiting the cafe if you are in Colaba.

Cafe Mondegar is situated in the Metro House in Colaba Causeway. Cafe Mondegar is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Colaba. As you enter, you can see various cartoons being printed on the walls. The ambience was enjoyable but the place is quite crowded as there is no space between tables. We had ordered chicken Boneless chicken and chips, chicken sausages as starters. The taste was awesome and the quantity was also satisfying. We also tried prawns Fried rice with some chicken gravy which tasted luscious. The service provided to us was far better then we expected in such a busy Cafe. Do visit 😊

A dose of Nostalgia on a Sunday at the iconic Cafe Mondegar in Colaba. As always, the Mario Miranda sketches liven up the atmosphere.Food quality remains top notch - began with a cup of Hot Chocolate followed by the American Mix Grill (Buffalo Tenderloin Steak with Sausages, Bacon, Ham and Eggs), All Time Veg Meal, Masala Omelette and capped the meal off with the yummy Caramel Custard.

So this place is slightly on the expensive side but if you can get past that and want to feel like youre back in the 80s then this is the place to be at. In my opinion, the great music and great ambience will make you feel like you want to spend hours at the place. Plus theyve got a jukebox with all the classical western hits. The food being amazing also helps a lot. Theyve got really amazing meat platters and pasta too. I highly recommend the Carbonara.

Cafe Mondegar is a place worth visiting , its food is great in taste , quality and portion size and its a pub which makes it a all rounder , the one thing to keep in mind being its not the most pocket friendly place however not very very costly as well but after all its one of the famous joints of Mumbai serving since 1932 Bombay era and the food is worth it .. the staff is good polite and professionalI however one downside is there is no parking and as its Colaba its very difficult to get a car parking nearby the cafe.. but if u want to get a feel of a rustic parsi cafe from early days of Bombay this is were you will find it, not to forget the classic murals painted on the wall .. THE PLACE IS A MUST VISIT ATLEAST ONCE

The Mondys Special (₹400) : (Did you also read it as Monday? :P) This was super duper filling and insanely amazing! Its quite a spread (I picked Bacon & fries, Omelet & Bread and Watermelon fresh juice)2. Kheema Pao (₹250) : The meat was quite juicy and the preparation was loaded with flavours and wasnt oily. Its one of the best Ive had.3. Chicken Grilled Sandwich ( ₹210) : The filling was great, and the portion was insane!!
