One of the worst experiences that Ive ever encountered. They started my membership without my knowledge when I was in quarantine and when asked for a refund, the owner conversed rudely. The basic facilities such as clean drinking water is not properly available.10/10 would never recommend this place to anyone and if anyone still wants to go there, youd be digging your own grave.

On the first, I would request Google to introduce zero rating option for such businesses.This library is no more a library, it is way worse than a public toilet. Basic amenities of drinking water and washroom facilities are missing. Rude response from owners. No solution to such basic problems. Reading room has been stinky for the last 15 days due to non-maintenance. Bugs, mosquitoes and pests all around. Librarian has no authority, owner doesn’t respond after taking money in advance.It is a pure waste of money to join here. Suggest you to refrain from joining here.

Very poor management. Facilities, like fridge, water, washroom etc, are not maintained properly. Cleanliness is not maintained. The owner doesnt know how to talk to customers. If you take up a complaint with the person incharge present at the premises, he would literally have no idea what to do next and when you take it up with the owner, he starts yelling at his own customers. The one star that Im giving is because of the fact that when u study, the ambience inside gives a peaceful surrounding for you to study.

Kindly dont join library till CA exams end. There is hardly any place to sit. You have to come early in morning to get space. Its totally over crowded. Many times I havent got seat

Not good because they started my membership without my knowledge and I was not able to attend the same because I was not well. They didnt bother to call and check that why I was not attending but they were calling me for pending payment.When I request them to extend it for 15 days as I havent used it till now, they refused it and very bad service.I enrolled because there was no other option available near by and if I knew about your disgusting policy and management, I wouldnt have enrolled. Moreover, the total payment has been done and when you guys can call for renewal, than why not calling for the use of services.If you just wanna make money, you did.. So stop justifying now..

Excellent place to study ... Very convenient to tractr as its nearby to station. Open 24*7. Fully air-conditioned. Spacious place well maintained with all facilities such as locker , pantry etc etc...

Best place to study. Cool air-conditioned room. Its usually crowded during exams. Its open 24 hours. Students can come and go anytime. Think twice if you wanna leave and resume your studies as the seat is only reserved for 30 mins due to limited space.You will usually pay ₹3000/month.

I have been to this library very often and it’s the most comfortable of all the libraries avavilbale around in borivali to Kandivali.The seating is divided in 3 floors, with 1 on the ground floor, 1st floor and the top floor is open view library where eating area is available too.It’s priced a bit higher compared to the others around, priced at 250/- rs and 350/- per day which can be a bit expensive if we have to visit often...What’s also good about this place is that they offer wifi and charging points and that’s a comfort for people like me who need to use their laptops.A good comfortable place for studying on your laptop or books too and you can work from here as well...

Lot of distraction is observed, Repairing work was carried out for three times in a period of 11 days without any prior intimation.

Its a cool place with a positive environment for study and very well maintained.

Dont join till the CA exams gets over... You pay a hefty amount and then you dont get even a chance to sit in library...Many people had to eventually return since library was full...No basic facilities such as drinking water...Washrooms not maintained and even the carpet has been stinking...
