This lovely company do not have a customer care number in 21st century. It has a very good app and bad attitude restaurants. The love does not stop there, there is no way one is getting his food on time and the non-existent customer care could not control anything.Good luck for to who take risk of ordering form them.

I ordered from tinyowl last night. It was my first time .They said that i will get the order by 11:15 pm . but guess what happened? At 11:41 the guy from the restaurant called me asking about my address which i had earlier during the order. If you cannot get an address why are you there in the first place.? i mailed them regarding the retrieval of my money and guess what they never respond to mails eithervery bad experience -1

TinyOwl is a food ordering app. The office space is full of beanbags and open spaces. The view outside has fantastic Mumbai high rises and 2 massive lakes. Fantastic space to work.

Worst food ordering app ever. I had some money in my wallet, which i was unable to use, because apparently you cant club your wallet money with any other payment methods. They take so much tax as well. So if you order something amounting to let us say Rs100, the tax would be 20 rupees. Plus they have no customer care numbers, although nowadays you can chat with them on the app. But all in all, i had a very bad user experience with this app.

I have given full rating so that everyone can see the review.Same thing happened with me and the customer care does not reply, instead your balance gets cut on calling. They do not even pick up the phone, no reply to the mails. I lost my money and even cursed my bank for that. But as such it had no role in that. Even once we ordered for COD, then too it showed the order from some different restaurant.SERIOUS NOTE: Never use TINY OWL!!

I used the android App to order food, after selected the items, it prompted to select the payment options. After selecting Net Banking, I was redirected to my banks web site where I made the payment after which it took me back to the tinyowl app where an error message was shown that my session with the bank has timed out and the order was not placed with the Restaurant. The order was not fulfilled and when I searched the order history, there was no record of the transaction. However, an amount of Rs 750/- was debited from my bank account.I have been trying to reach there Customer Care since then but only thing they have is an email id. It is pathetic and a very callous attitude of this particular organization. It looks like some good for nothing amateurs and come together and setup a good for nothing company which doesnt work in real time.I and my family had to suffer just because I relied on this mobile app to order dinner on that fateful night, I lost the money and my wife had to cook dinner and my kids were disappointed that they didnt get their desired Chinese food and felt awful because I couldnt fulfill my familys want.I would advice people not to use tinyowl, it is not a professional organization and it is very unreliable. Now a days any tom dick and harry can develop a mobile app and put it on the google store for hapless users. It is unfortunate that there is no verification/authentication process on evaluating the quality of service and the professionalism and maturity of such organizations.

Worst app and service I have came across while ordering food. Once you place the order they will keep you waiting for 20 mins and then inform you, your order cannot be processed due to some technical issues they are not aware of. They will keep your hard earned money with them for 8-10 days and then refund. Its clearly a business of money gathering without interest. if they cancel around 10 orders a day they are getting a minimum of 2000 per day which they can use for 10 days without interest. Isnt it a good business. The customer care dont have anything in their hand. They are just there to say sorry to you and nothing more.I would suggest to keep away from this tinyowl thing which is clearly and very cleverly making you TINY FOOL. There should be an option for negative rating for such cheaters and fraudsters.

This is worst app as i ever seen in my life. All restaurants that are listed on this app are not delivered order with in time as they are mention.and the most important and worst thing for this company, is out of my last 5 ordered they are only delivered 1 ordered which means they are canceled 4 ordered.and the money refund policy is also worst, they will take 24 - 48 hrs for refunding the money in account.and the features of this app is also not good, suppose if restaurant is closed or they are not having any delivery boy, still they are showing or listed those restaurant and not mentioning any message in front of that.

Overall the app UI was good and some of the issue i observed was.1.Debit card payment was not working several times. 8 out of 10 times not working by showing error msg as Payment Failed.2.Payment via CARD--> Saved cards are not allowing to delete it.3. Selected order items are getting cleared when we navigate from Address details to Main screen for three times.4.App is getting crashed when address details are entered more than 60 digits.Lot more to work on mobile app.

Will never order from Tinyowl again, such a messed up service. Ordered food at 9 pm and now its around 11:30 pm, food isnt delivered to me, they dont even have a customer care or not even a number to call.

Very bad service...payment was done but order was not delivered... there is no contact number of customer care...Food Panda & Swiggy is best.... For good service order food from Food Panda & Swiggy.

On my last 10 orders 9 were delayed.. 1 was underdelivered.. The issue took a month to resolve.. The freebies wont work unless service is provided...May be if you looking for lunch time order at breakfast time or if you need dinner order during evening tea... Keep waiting and there are chances you may go out eat somewhere else and then your order will be delivered...

LIARS ! One of the worst experiences of my life. I tried to order lunch, the money got debited but the order was not placed. Tiny Owl says that they have not received the money, bank says that it is. I do trust ICICI on this. I wonder why Tiny Owl is lying. Is try to grab, rob and run customers hard earned money Tiny Owls business model ?

I was ordering coffee and just after putting cvv number you have charged me thrice but order was not placed.As per all the laws in India, you cant debit the amount without an OTP or registered password verification from my end. Wrote an email to you guys 2 days back, and then the person who called wants me to wait for 24hours - in order to make it certain the transaction failed. Guys my card shows it its statement which means the amount is debited.Highly disappointed with your service. 100 crore funding doesnt allow you to just promote and give offers. Serve your customers well, make your systems strong.

Hi,dont install the app worst processing and delivery i had booked the order after two hours they called it and order will be delayed after the 20mins also i havent got the order. even they did nt cancel the order also i tried to contact the customer care they have not mentioned any contact details in the application.i hate this application.

The customer service needs a LOT of improvement.I placed two consecutive orders back to back and both got cancelled.The reason for the first cancellation which was given to me was that there was some problem with the delivery and for the second cancellation they told me that the restaurant doesnt deliver to my area after 2 hours of me placing the order.I suggest everyone to avoid the app and save some phone space.

I cant give them a zero, thats why 1 star.Its been 3 hours and I havent still received my order yet.Still Hungry. :(
