I have contacted Bro4u on Nov 14th as my Sony Tv need mother board replacement. Bro4u assigned me an vendor Power city Technologies and the contact person name was Avinash. They send me technician his name is Karan on Nov 18th and the person replaced the mother board and i transfer the money to power city. Later i notice that App are not running so i contacted them i inform them. They told me they will replace the mother board and after that no response from them.From 18th Nov iam calling them continuously and Avinash is telling me i will send a person who will replace mother board but no show from them . Later i told them i want any replacement, please refund my money and take mother board and he agreed and again i called them multiple time and day by day Avinash is giving the next day visit time and later no show. now he is not answering my phone. Today is 30th Nov i didnt get my money back.Bro4u service is really pathetic. Unable to contact them as all their numbers not reachable.
