The process of Taking an appointment for home collection for blood and urine tests for a super senior citizen is so unprofessional. First of all you have to call a call centre. Who have no idea what any of the tests mean. They don’t even bother to ask what tests you want done. If you volunteer to tell them they say no tell the technician when he comes. Really??? How does one know if the patient needs to be fasting etc. How do you get accurate results? Is this a farce? Not cheap either. And no receipt given for the cash paid.

Team,Your khar center needs better training and at least be professional while communicating with customers. They are not doing a favor by talking to us.Even though there was no queue and the center was empty, its horrible to see that they keep a patient waiting at the counter and continue doing administrative / filing work instead of prioritizing a test. Shouldnt your teams priority be to attend the patient first? The lady sitting on the counter seemed least interested to even guide us and didnt bother to attend until I made her realize that the patient is unwell and the team needs to fasten the process instead of just saying BE SEATEDThis facility had excellent members earlier and the staff was more prompt. Sorry, but your services have deteriorated over time and seems the staff just doesnt care !!

Home Visit. Visit charges taken by technician demanded in cash only and not billed or mentioned. NM Medical Borivali.The team itself is a thug.. Stool test 180 and visit charges to collect sample is 150 demanded in cash by technician.Mailed send to their official email id.. Await what action they take..For delivery of official bill Or reports at home later have to pay cash of 100 rs. in Cash and will not be billed or officially noted.

Best place to get your medical blood tests done. I got my complete heath checkup done and was the best in class experience. The cleaniness and expert and professional staff was super cooperative. A big kudos to the entire team.

Highly unprofessional. I called and was told that a doctor was available for stress test. When I reached and after filling forms was told that Doctor would come after one hour. When I can back in an hour they made me wait again. No respect for others time.

Very unprofessional home service.First of all technician come almost 1 1/2 hour late sighting that address was wrongly written inspite of having contact number.On reaching he has no idea of what tests are to be done.Then on asking that for pp they have to go to office which is nearby as I cant wait at home extra charge is being asked .I guess these people are good only when you visit their lab else they are not upto the mark.

Extremely poor customer service experience by NM Medical Khar centre. Agent Kishore Pednekar came 30 minutes late for the appointment of a senior citizen (age 82years) on Friday morning. He confirmed a particular report would be provided by Monday evening (as doctors appointment was for Tuesday). The report was not available for collection on even Tuesday morning and the staff at the centre were unhelpful, asking me to contact the agent who had confirmed. Continuously tried calling the agent Kishore Pednekar from the doctors clinic but he did not answer the call. Very pathetic service by NM.

Totally worst experience at NM medical lab took Covid RT pcr test yesterday at first when she (Smita shivgan) took the swab I feel nothing has been done. Anyhow when report came what I saw was very disappointing it was written Inconclusive repeat after sometime huh .. can you imagine its like you are on weight machine its shows try after 2 days .. very pathetic , very unprofessional, when I spoke to Anubhav Tiwari he told me that its normal pay again and try again . Really .. they are reluctant to accept there mistake . Report should be positive or negative . It cant be like 50-50 situationPlease suggest me ways to take this matter further I wont spare them .Cheaters and fraudsters at NM medical lab

Nobody bothers to answer the phone for pathology home visit

Very unprofessional services.1) They will never pickup call. For any queries you have to visit their office.2) Its been 5 days and they havent given my blood test report. This was supposed to be available within 24 hours.There are better pathologies available which provides faster and better services than NM.I wont recommend NM to anyone.

Horrible staff horrible service worst ever never ever visit here for PCR test they make you pay at 8:00 and then send you to some random building and say wait there till our doctor comes and the doctor comes whenever they feel like the receptionist says sometimes at 8:30 some time at 9:00 depends but you always pay by 8:00

Suburban is better! I’ve got multiple covid tests done for various family members, I’ve always struggled to get the reports, worst customer support and the WhatsApp number u need to msg to book appointments never reply abs if they do it’s never before 4-5 hours. I did my antibodies covid test (which usually comes in 4-5 hours from places like suburban medical), it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t got it and nor am update or an answer on why!

Never turned up for my covid test.. had to push a flight due to them...highly unreliable. Their operator monali / manali was rude and said they cant do anything if the technicians dont land up, we just have to wait!!!! Pathetic

CheatersWe gave my sample on 3rd feb for covid test and we had to travel on 5th feb .On the 4th after 4 calls for requesting the report i had called , the team was soo rude and on the 4th call they said if you did not receive the report , you are positive .We were very sure that we are not positive as we have antibodies .We got the test done from suburban and within 8 hours they gave us negative report .After the travel also we tested negative .If we were positive from 4th feb i did not got any call from BMC also.Their app is showing that the sample was not tested even.Fraud company ,I recommend not go to them for any test and spoil your mental and physical health.

Blood collection done in the morning and no link sent for payment and then they say we cannot share the reports because payment not done and since morning 8.30am have been following up for the link for payment. Why is your team not allowed to give the link there and then or get a swipe machine!! no respite and now they send payment link with wrong details.In this pandemic time if they can swap the phone nos and the details of the patient then swapping the blood samples will be so easy for them. If they can harass the doctors like this alone knows how will they treat normal patients. Its a shame!Guys be aware and use a better lab!U have sent the reports post i wrote this review here . Had a fabulous experience with Dr. Patel today at NM medical Khar for my TMT.Entire process was seamless with doctor explaining the steps at the beginning and providing an update at the end of the test.Kudos!

Please have a check at your receptionist who sits at the khar branch and is somewhat aged..She is Extremely rude and impolite.we understand that there is work pressure during these tough times, but she has no right to be rude to patients early in the morning. not helpful at all to the people who do not know how to read and write and to senior patients.Felt insulted by the way she spoke to all the patients , medicals are supposed to be polite and helpful and should not be so insensitive.this behvaior will create a bad image of your name.

Lady at the reception counter was SUPER RUDE. No Covid Protocols are being followed. The space looked like it hadnt been cleaned for days, leave alone sanitizing. Some of the staff were moving around without masks. Not expected of one of the labs that claims to be the most professional ones.

Mis management.spend five hours for mammography.

Most unprofessional reception staff. They justtt dont take calls. When i reached out through the net i got one call where she refused to give me details on call. All she said was come tomorrow at 9. But i wanted to discuss costing and nature of my tests. Upon insisting she said ill whatsapp u and abruptly hung up. Post that she whatsapps me again come tomo fasting at 9. After lot of nonsensical back and forth i finally got the cost for my tests. This was all on a Saturday.Today is a Sunday and theyre showing as open until afternoon on the net, but again no ones taking calls. This time no ones even replying to whatsapp.

Rude staff. My fathers reports were supposed to come in 3-4 days and when they were not sent by email for 5 days he contacted the center and on inquiring about the same he was told that he should check his mail properly and the phone was hung up. On contacting again he asked them if they had the correct email ID and found out that there was a spelling mistake and instead of just taking down the correct email ID the staff member snapped and said they cant take down another ID for sending the report. After some convincing the staff member finally corrected the ID. This is not how patients should be treated.

Friendly staff and very sterile and hygienic environment. The test procedure is very easily explained by the personnel and physicians.they have a reasonable medical packages.In terms of reports they have are Accessible online.Good deal & a must visit🙏

I am in NM Khar and writing my review from here only because I am very impressed with the services they offered. We have corporate checkup here & I am happy that my company have selected NM medical for our checkup’s. They almost have all medical equipment’s for test and well trained staff To operate it.since starts of the tests till finish they have staff to guide you the way in pleasant way. I suggest everyone to prefer NM medical for their checkup’s.

Terrible experience!!!We called up NM Medical Khar as we had heard that they were doing walk in COVID - 19 testing. The lady on the phone told us that the place was empty and that we could come before 3pm to get it done. Hearing this we decided to go over to NM and realised only once we reached there that the covid testing happens 3 lanes away in another building. Not giving us this crucial piece of information over the phone was highly unprofessional on their part. We could have made a more informed decision had we known this. Secondly on going to this other building 3 lanes away we were greeted by a lady who did our COVID testing with no PPE suit - just gloves and a mask.If after all this we do end up testing +ve, Ill definitely wonder if its because of all the exposure we faced due to NM holding back important information and being reckless with its testing.They claimed to not have information on what the clinic does, but have no qualms in advertising that they are now doing Covid testing.Terrible experience and negligence on their part. Wont recommend to anyone.Follow up response after review reply :And to top it all you are lying about your technician eating lunch when we reached there! Wow! There was absolutely NOTHING like this that happened and we did not insist the collect the sample as is. We walked in,showed her the paper and she told us to come in.Disgusting! What a sad cover up on your part. Really disgusting. Rather than apologizing for your negligence you choose to play dirty games. SICK.

The staff cant forward or email the reports they dont cooperate at all . Even docs of Hinduja are upset we made 5 trips. Pls be careful to go to NM unnecessary stress they give to patients.

I am an LIC officer and had my Preventive Medical Checkup at NM Medical, Khar on 21/11/2019. The team attending the visitors and their coordinating spirit was commendable. Overall experience was satisfactory... However they are more attentive towards personal customer rather than people who are coming through corporate check ups.. Dr R Singh Physician was not interested to answer any queries. Other tests were okay.

I have been to this place more than 4-5 times. Unfortunately its the only closet lab which is clean and looks hygienic. Thats why 2 🌟🌟The sad part is taking appointments and they really need to work on that and on their team members. You cant go there on the reception and take appointments, they will give u a number which people dont ever answer its only by watsapp. The messages also come so late you keep waiting, you don’t really get to understand everything on watsapp as compared to a person explaining in front of you. Just one liners. The Receptionist & Lab girls have a straight face and they feel they are doctors doing some favour on you. They never smile if you say ‘Thank you’ they dont reply. I don’t understand why they are working if they are not happy their jobs. Its very sad for patients to see such faces and get least information.

Use to visit other medicals few years back my experience was good but after visiting NM medical Khar my experience was awesome..since then my every year check up i schedule with NM medical (Khar). Extremely organised and continuous assistance is provided. And if its corporate health check then u will be provided with a nice breakfast (poha, veg sandwich, khakara, cerials, milk, tea and coffee). Staff is very helpful and coordination is just too good. Tou need not worry for your test at all. They take complete care.
