Good Responce, Reasonable Rates, 1st E bike deler in Mumbai.

Hi! I am a super satisfied customer of Gada E-Bikes & Rahul Gadas team is super efficient in their work. I am super surprised at the below negative comments of a few people like Sulagna Chatterjee who have either expected Maggie noodles service or had some personal issues which has been put on this global platform to defame Rahul Gada & his business. I have been Electric bike owner of Hero Bikes since 2013 (The so called HERO GROUP name.. someone may just try them when it comes to service & you will come to know what BIG names have in name of after sales service) .. On the contrary , Rahul Gada has taken care of my bike ever since 2014 when we could not go until Thane to get the servicing done or even get a rear tyre puncture repaired. Neither he nor his super team has taken undue advantages of misguiding us to replace unnecessary spares nor forced us to buy a new Ebike & throw away our old bike, Today I have 3 EBikes.. all of Hero as I only liked the space Hero Optima has against the other available bikes.. BUT all these 3 bikes are served time to time when needed only by GADA Ebikes. Today its like a friendly home to us when we go with our issues where he will also try out of way to help with a temp bike solution to avoid work hampering & still get the spares which sometimes do take times to organise as these Electric bikes still have some product availability issues which is not in their hands also. They have priced always reasonably so never had that issue also where they over charged or took undue advantage of the situation. Thanks to all at Gada Bike & I would HIGHLY recommend all viewing this review until last to surely try your bike buy/repair Deal with Gada & then have their views. All the best to Gada Team !!!

The bikes they keep are good but after sales are pathetic. They will only cater to you as per their sweet time. And every time they are busy. So if any problem in your bike you cant get it repaired from a normal mechanic, depend on their mechanic and their availability is only in 2-3 days from the time you connect. He will not take your calls and not respond to you diligently, only as per his convenience. So do not, I repeat do not fall for his sweet words. Rahul Gada will totally stop responding when he realises you have figured out how laidback and useless he is. And I am not the only customer who has this complaint. Infact, Ampere company has stopped supplying him due to his unprofessional approach.
