Total sham, and rip off. While other centres across the country take 8-10 hours for RTPCR test reports, these guys will take a leisurely 48 hours to provide it, and will be total shameless about it. How I wish it was possible to tag BMC on google reviews!

Very poor service, the reports wont come as per the committed timelines. RTPCR reports across India come within 24hours, but they will take a minimum of 48. By the time you are expecting the report to come, you will realise that they have only sent the sample for testing and testing has not even begun! The centre will shamelessly behave as if its not their concern at all. Ripping off customers - avoid.

Very poor service, do not visit this centre. You will need to cross verify with the “main lab” on everything that the lab technician tells you because he will have no idea on by when the reports will be released. Surprisingly, the customer service doesnt care a bit about trouble caused due to delayed reports, and they will behave as if they couldnt care less. Look elsewhere for any testing you need, this centre is a sham!

Very poor quality of service. Scheduled sample collection but comes late by hours and even reports are delayed/sent on reminders. No concern for delays. You are empty stomach in the morning and keep on waiting for hours together. Very bad experience
