The internet is going down everyday since last 3 days, there is no information from Smartlink why it is down, if there are fiber cuts etc or a known issue information should be provided to consumers on same, but there is no infarmation provided and over and above no one picks up the calls at the help line. This is very very frustrating and I think if it continues like this I need to switch other service providers who I know are very good. Everyone in my complex is very much frustrated.

Broadband connection is not stable and expensive also.400rs charges just for 10MBPS. Expensive planI had taken a connection for a year and now switching to another provider because of daily disconnections and speed latency. Not even 1MBPS speed is coming for 3-4 times a day. Not able to work properly due to connection lags. I have a connection thru SKY LINK CABLE Operation at Marol Village. just requesting to turn of router for 1hr every day... which is not a solution at all.

I am posting this review after 1 year of usage. and this is being posted using hotspot from mobile. The DNA internet service is horrible, customer support is a nightmare. It is good till it lasts, once you get an issue with internet, you are doomed. You will try to reachout to customer support, they will not pick the call, if they do, there will be a huge queue build up, and if by any miracle, you get to speak to one, the will simply say, we have logged complain, it will be resolved in 7 days. 7 day? really? is that a turn around time?And trust me you, they do take that much time. Once they had to change the fiber optic as they say, they cut the internet on Friday afternoon, and said its weekend for us, will work only on Monday. Two days they didnt care about it. Had they not cut the internet, it would have worked fine till they change it on Monday. but NOOOOO.The only way they are surviving is that they are the up against Tikona. The day another player comes in, they are doomed.

Good service, co operative staff, always available over phone calls and whatApp to short out any problem. They timely call back to hear from you, whether the problem is solved or not.Speed is good.Only one problem, internet gets down for over days once in 2-3 months, but they quickly start cracking the issue and resolve it.But for compansasion they increase you days in plan.Over all good service. I am satisfied 😃

My bad luck, asked for a new connection, the guys who came for wiring told there is some signal loss and now from two days nobody came to configure router....very bad customer service experience in the beginning itself they are simply fooling me.....Finally got connection after 2 days delay but on next day when I complaint for no network through whatsapp, the technician visited within 30 minutes to resolve the issue...

Worst customer service ever! No one provides support after 6:30 pm. They wont return your refundable (that was promised) deposit of FTTH converter. Their system doesnt keep track of invoice details (past), asks customers to keep hard copy of invoices. No one responds on WhatsApp support, nor receive calls. To summarize- They dont care about customer experience at all.

Never seen such an unprofessional service provider. Bought 1year plan around 8 months back..have to wake up with not working Internet everyday. And every day they resolve the issue by evening...Literally everyday not exaggerating.They claim themselves to be and mnc with different teams like marketing team, connection team, complaint resolving team, optical fibre network etc. but actually they are untrained inexperienced people.Complaint number nobody picks, marketing guy is as helpless as us. Connection team which they call spicers or something are the most rude people and behave as they run the company...Specially in an area like powai, rambaug, chandivali I dont know whore the clients. Specially who are looking for atleast normal running wifi and nothing much...even those guys beware...its not about the money...its the harassment and inconvenience.Anybody nearby who can suggest a better Internet connection provider with whom you guys are happy. Not recommended at all. Frequent disconnects. They take very long and even days to resolve issues. Customer care and technical support is very poor. My experience in last 6 months is really bad. You may end up spending more time calling them than usng their network. My suggestion is to avoid this service provider.

Most hopeless service. Facing fibre cuts every now n then. And the customer care people never answer properly. You need to call twice or thrice to get the exact reason. And the resolution is never provided quickly. They keep repeating the same thing without providing a proper ETA. They are least bothered about whatever you are asking.I RECOMMEND NEVER TRY IT.Also there is no intimation if they are facing any issue. You just need to keep them calling wasting your precious time.

Well one star is also a bit too much.I have a 12 month subscription and while the speed on the fiber is good there are far too many service outages. In just two months its been more than half a dozen times and I am.surprised by the number of fiber cuts that they say cause these outages.Customer care is nearly non-existent. It takes ages to get through and when you do, the folks cannot do anything except say restart your router and then the area is down and will be fixed by evening.Its a pathetic experience and there is no escalation procedure. I am contemplating going to the consumer court.

Very Unprofessional company. Got Broadband connection by paying 6 months pre-pay basis and also paid and Refundable deposit. Service for first few months was good later it became very bad during monsoon and was not working most of the time. Finally I had request them to discontinue which was almost 1 1/2 years. While claiming for refund they said, they need invoice which could not find it. Now when i am providing invoice copy they are refusing to pay saying this is old case cannot refund.

Update: Jun 2021THIS COMPANY HAS NO SERVICE ETHOS NOR ETHICS. After struggling with their service, discontinued them in Dec 20. Since then they have been stonewalling my enquiries to refund the deposit paid initially.----------------------------------------The customer service is practically non-existent. There is a phone where typically the wait time is between 15-40 mins and it does not hold either, getting disconnected and requiring multiple calls. Issues take days to resolve and there is no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. When it works however the speed is decent, but overall a frustrating experience.

This company does not deserve the one star I am giving them. Took their 6 months plan and they were diligent and hardworking till the money got transferred to their account. Once that happened, a couple of gentlemen showed up to lay the connection to my apartment. Being the excellent service providers they are, they cut the network to the neighbours apartment to give us the connection. Our poor neighbours did not have internet for 3 days.After they laid the connection, they mentioned that someone else would come and start the service. I had to call the office up daily and ask them when the gentleman would come and start the service. The person finally came after at least 50 phone calls and started the service. The pppoe configuration was to be done by a third gentleman, who despite innumerable phone calls, never showed up. I lost faith in the service of this company and have asked for a refund.The one start rating I am giving them is one star too many. No internet is better than having to deal with these unprofessional nincompoops.

This is by far the worst customer experience I had. They will be very prompt to collect the money from you and will promise the moon but after that you will just die following up with them.I called them at least 10 times everyday for the week to get the installation done and still its not complete. Avoid it like a plague if you can.Update - I went with them because there was literally no other service available. I havent got a receipt even after 2 months. Its illegal to not provide receipt of the money taken. I am thinking to send the legal notice now since their customer care doesnt respond AT ALL.

Most unreliable network! Callous attitude of customer care executives - including the Area Manager who doesnt bother picking up the mobile phone. Internet is down practically every alternate day. Time taken to fix it is anywhere between 8-10 hours. No call-backs and no technician visits ever. Never keep any commitments made to call back and update client on status. They have not even been accepting my request to disconnect and refund money that I have paid in advance. I would rather go back to my earlier service provider - speed was slower but in eight years just once the net was not working and they fixed in 2-3 hours!!Smartlink - most unreliable service possible. Their sales person (Akash) called almost 10 times in a day bugging me to book their connection and I did. Worked for about two days, that too intermittently. Have had no connection since Saturday morning. Called them bundles of times. They keep promising to solve it by afternoon or 2 hours from when you call, but they never do. Pathetic customer care service. The calls take forever to get through, and sometimes not at all. Complaints sometimes get closed without being rectified or without a follow up. But i will admit that when the going is good, the internet speed is very decent, with very few downtimes. My biggest complaint is that it is very difficult to get through to the customer care number.

Have been using since 5 years. Experience has been decent. But pricing is expensive. Mach1 is offering 100mbps for 1200 and i am paying 1000 for 25mbps. Unfortunately Mach1 is not available in my area so have to stick with smartlink. Rest the broadband several times a day stops working for 2-3 minutes.

Terrible experience. The speed is not even half as what is promised. 1star because there is no option for a zero or negative rating.I paid for a 6 month plan and the amount was collected within 30 minutes of my consent to ho ahead with it. It took these people more than one week to arrange a visit while I was made to miss my office time and again just to accommodate the wiring at my residence. There seems to be no locus of internal process controls as there is nobody taking ownership of anything.. Not to mention the lax attitude of the people running opeartions who would belittle you by saying “you may take your refund if you cannot wait”. Ignoring this, I still went ahead as i was desperate for a connection.. Day zero, the internet worked for 4 hours and goes down every now and then.. it has been 4 full days since the installation was completed, but, the internet downtime is around 8 to 10 hours per day. The sad part is that the only way you can get it rectified is by calling the customer care which keeps you on hold and eventually cuts your call. This entire arrangement is pathetic and outrageous.. i would recommend you to go ahead with any other service provider but this.. trust me it feels sad..

Dont know why so many negative reviews. Ive been a customer since Jan18, and it has been a great experience here in Hiranandani area. Very high speed with consistency. Almost no downtime during this year. The Unlimited You plans are great value for money. (40Mbps @ Rs. 7K for 12 months)UPDATE for 2019: Good experience overall. Great customer service!UPDATE 2020: Despite the covid-19 pandemic, the uptime is great. Customer support is easy to connect with.I am suprised to see so many negative reviews recently, there will obviously be some hiccups as many of their technicians are not able to come to work during the pandemic. Let us not villify a company during these times.

Bunch of Chu*** running this company.. 90% downtime and that too for 2 days in a row..... Such 3rd class companies should be kicked out and penalized... Worst service in Nahar Amrit Shakti area and no scope of improvement.....

Worst service providers for internet services. They do not have a working customer care service.. If you have a problem there is no way to contact them or get help. The call center automated messages keep playing and nobody ever picks up.
