This is the probably the most badly managed store of all the outlets in Mumbai. The staff are extremely rude and un- professional. The manager Mohit cannot speak English, is rude and an absolute embarrassment to the retail industry.

Store has good varieties. But the staff of store is very poorly mannered & untrained. I had very bad experience while shopping. After full payments for the shopping , I didn’t checked the items given in a plastic bag by the staff, but when I came to home & checked, to my surprise the staff had forgotten to pack my goggles purchased in the shop. So I had contacted the shop again in next day , but the staff of the shop refused to give my purchased goggles which were costing about 15,000/₹. I felt looted by the staff of the shop. It should not happen with anyone else. I won’t recommend this shop to anyone due to this bad experience.

Beware of the billing staff. Ask detailed questions about return/refund policy or you will be stuck with Ill fitting purchases just like me

Zara Name itself describes it all. Very Well known brand and the collection of Zara is very different from other brands. I liked the whole collection of Zara. I thought clothes will be too costly. But when I entered in the stores, I found the price range is not that high. Its quite affordable. I loved it❤!!

This is pertaining to the mens outlet:Extremely poorly behaved sales staff. If the buttons on the piece you took off the hanger they wont even pretend to try and fix them. If you want to alter the length of the trousers you must pay for it (Yes, they charge you for it!)If you lost the bill to collect it, the store has no back up on their system. Neither will you get your item nor will they give you a refund. The sales staff has a take it or leave it attitude... I am truly disappointed with this Zara! Not up to the standards at all..

A great clothing brand. This is one of the premium brand for clothing. You get very trendy clothes. The interior is very great. They are very updated with the trends all ovet the globe. They are the trend setters. The quality of the clothes are best. Some of the products are overpriced but they do charge for the goodwill.

High end store at phoenix kurla prices are too high for all the clothing .have purchased some of the items during sale period which are a bargain.staff is non intrusive and allow to chooses ur own stuff.the change room is a horror and zara might find itself in negative publicity for the change rooms .they dont have doors but curtains only in there change rooms

*** POOR QUALITY SHOES ***I bought Zara shoes in 2016 during my wedding and did not wear after that. Today i was going out and i thought of wearing the shoes after a long time. After 5 mins of walking, sole got cracked and came off like biscuit dipped in Tea cup. It was very embarrasing on the road standing without sole and i could not even go back to home as sole completely wore off.I did not buy these shoes from street, it was ZARA. They really need to work on the quality of their shoes. I will never ever buy or recommend anyone to buy shoes from Zara. Cheap material used and charging exorbitenly high. I have tresmode shoes as well which i wear very occasianally, Its been 6 years and its intact.Very sad experience with Zara shoes.

This place is a total mess during the sale period. Hard to find things in the crowded store and the Zara Man store is very small in size compared to the Woman store. Would highly recommend the Kalaghoda Zara outlet which is a 4 story building exclusive to Zara. But ofcourse, at the end of the day, its Zara and there is no compromise on their quality of products.
