The ratings I would like to give is actually 4.5 but google doesnt have that feature yet unfortunately.Positives:1. The designing team has amazing potential and creates high quality designs with new concepts, keeping in the mind the needs of the customer.2. The communication with the designer was quite smooth through phone calls and messages, as Ankit was kind enough to adjust the schedule according to us.3. When we suggested a few modifications to the home, the designer honestly expressed his concerns and refused to make any modifications that would cause damage to our home and others in future. This shows that quality and safety of the homes is the utmost priority of the team.4. Our home is now ready but, incase of some minor issues we still write to Ankit for help and the response is quite good.Future improvements:1. Had a little bit of a disappointment with the timeline as the work slowed down a bit for some reason which caused us some inconvenience.2. Should arrange for some kind of checklist for the contractor on-site as sometimes, we had to keep on reminding the contractor for getting certain work done.Overall, we are satisfied and happy with how beautifully they have designed our home, as it looks exactly like the 3D visual that was provided to us at the beginning.Wishing the team of Bombay Design Studio all the luck for their future projects.
