My hearty thanks to Sandesh (Branch Manager of Borivali) I want to buy 4000 UK POUNDS and I visit Unimoni branch of Mira Road on 25th Nov 2020 as I and my husband is old customer over there. They told me to call after one hour because they want to contact head office to check the availability of currency. I call up and I was very disappointed by the reply that its not available. Then later I call up the Branch Manager of Mira Road to help me or suggest me to change my currency as its very difficult for me to search due to COVID19, BUT HE CUT MY PHONE, ITS VERY ROUDE. Next day on 26th I search in Google and I call up to BORIVALI BRANCH, THE BRANCH MANAGER RESPONSE ME VERY POSITIVE WAY AND HE IS READY TO GIVE DOOR DELIVERY. But my daughter didnt have PAN CARD. So he arrange us to make INSTANT PAN CARD and so we visit BORIVALI BRANCH on 27th and MAGICAL EVERYTHING WAS SORT OUT PERFECTLY. WITHIN 2 HOURS. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE BORIVALI BRANCH MANAGEMENT AND HIS TEAM FOR WARM HOSPITALITY DURING OUR VISIT. ONE AGAIN THANKS ALOT.
