Good company. Part of Tata group. The building has special visitor parking for few hours. The staff at the reception was very helpful. Security was good. Clean bathrooms. The staff was very helpful. Some of their products are very good. Good vibes and great experience

Went there twice. Staff is quite interective, though the waiting time was quite more.Place is neat and clean.My average waiting time was nearly 2 hours for IT Support.

Cheaters... I m fighting for my husbands death claim amount. These ppl say we r fraud..I lost my husband due to cancer..these ppl are not giving my money..I will take them to consumer court.. logon ka paisa kha jati hai yeh company..they hv not informed us about denial .. without reason diye bina they r calling us fraud..shsme on u Tata

HR is highly unprofessional. Fixed personal interview and cancelled at last moment after the candidate reached there. Office is very far away from thane station in a remote area. Pls try for jobs in other life insurance companies. For me its a Ta-Ta (Bye-bye). Highly disappointed with Tata Aia Life. Never thought of such big brand name with such employees. Thank you

Horrible!!Looks like they are only proactive for getting insurance premium.. I logged complaint # 67858009 on 19Mar2020 and till now no feedback!!Chased twice since then.. Are you guys really in service or just killing time????At most I will loose first premium (Policy #C220814827) but not further.Please stay away from TataAia.

This is useless life lnsurance co. I had one policy 21 years money saver in this policy I was told that I will got some amt. every after 3 years , that amt is not received by me, I made enquires but I never got that amt ,I had aproched simran centre many times but not received any reply and at I have given writing that I have not received this amt. and after few months I have surrender my policy. How to trust them wheather I will my amt .at the time of maturity..my policy no. Is C000342331
