I have surrendered my policy No.1Q000044708 on 19-08-2016. When I have surrendered policy on SBI kalawad road branch, they promised me that I need not to do any further formalities to get back surrendered value of my policy after completion of lock in period of this policy. My policy lock in period completed on 22-06-2020, but still waiting for exact date when shall I get back my money back from SBI Life Insurance Company. I have visited SBI life Kalawad road branch many times for this problem. They still today (17-09-2020) dont have any responsible answer about this case. I have called many times on toll free number regarding this problem. They always request to wait for 7 working days. My first complaint No. 12647071. SBI service team closed my this complain number without doing any process and without my confirmation. My new complain no.(Case ID:13144141)  has been registered successfully with SBIL.Today on 17-09-2020 I called Mr. Dharam SBI kalawad road,Rajkot, Gujarat help desk person regarding this case. Still today they dont have any responsible answer. Mr. Dharam helped me lot but I have noticed that his higher authority is not helping him in my complain. Mr. Dharam asked Mr.Nilaybhai to help as Mr. Nilay may be his next higher authority. Mr. Nilay tried to help me but his higher authority is not helping him what I have noticed. Then Mr. Nilay hasnt any responsible answer so he has given me number of Drashtiben at Ahmedabad, Gujarat branch office. I have called Drashtiben regarding this complaint. She doesnt have any responsible answer till today and said me to wait for next 15 working days. When I have purchase policy and dont pay premium on due date, I got many reminders on SMS, CALL AND also on mail. But after surrending policy, SBI Life Insurance Company is not considering my any complaints. Its worst service experience for me in my life. Giving 1 star because there is no option of 0 star. Please help if possible for anyone in SBI Life Insurance company to get my money back from SBI Life. Really I need it.

Pathetic service and lack of any professionalism. No accountability as an organisation. Strongly advise not to invest anything here. They dont feel responsible towards a customers money. Neither are queries answered like other professional AMCs nor does the approach seem solution driven.
