One of the worst companies ever dealt with… they will call you & offer you a pre approved card will charge you 500 & pocket change. When you use it the Transaction will be declined saying Nach details not updated u will call cm care they will send you a link, while log in you wont get otp you will call them again they will ask you to visit branch. Branch executives will say we cant do anything until you get otp. Dont know if its flaw or Scam. Utterly Dissatisfied.

For a customer service centre, it is quite a sad place. The staff at best is indifferent to your needs.Google maps for this office also takes you to an entirely different place 2 kilometres away. I have given them feedback to update this on the maps. I lost almost 45 minutes finding this place.

I had very bad experience with bajaj finserv..they asked me to pay 1250 for pre personal loan processing charges..I wasnt ready then they assured me 100% my loan will be disbursed within 2 to 3 days.. I paid the same amount and now they are saying my loan has been canceled...now one ready to take responsibility or they are not ready to pay my money back..this is how they are making people fool...suck a fraud they are.. I am going to register a complaint against bajaj finserv very soon..

If I can would give 0 stars on they website they show they have a branch in Santa Cruz which is incorrect there no bajaj there.bplus the cashier in saki naka depends on the foreclosure letter from call centre this is a bank that can generate such letters physical this is pathetic and really causes inconvenience to take their money back they make you waste time thats just a amazing experience and what I have learnt from this ordeal is NEVER to work with them. Joke of the day... After 3 Min on IVR, it tells me that its Sunday and were closed. Dumb ass it should be the first thing step up on IVR for your customers so that they dont waste their money and time.Also on calling to report Fraud they didnt offer to Block my current card and just asked me to carry out my own investigation or raise a police complaint as a down payment is done and the sale is legit.Surprise there was no attempt to offer help or escalation to Complaints or Fraud team...I hope there was an option to give 0 STAR!

Very pathetic.. They initially promised no foreclosure charges. While i intimated about foreclosure they said that since 1st june16 tje charges are levied. No intimation was provided by them. When query was raised by me after multiple follow ups and talks they forfieted the charges. I am a tortured customer!! I am going through a nightmare! I did a worst mistake of financing my phone through Bajaj finance. There was a scheme of 10,000 cash back offer on iphone,if bought through Reliance digital. My file wasnt registered on time and I had to chase them to start my emis. It only started after 8months, both the parties blaming each other for their incompetencies. I did pay my Emi till 5months and inquired about my cash back. Only to my surprise that they denied it completely! First, claiming that it was a lucky draw. Secondly, Emi didnt start on time(as it was my fault) and subsequently they can give 100/- for my cash back!I must have called up Reliance digital and Bajaj finance officials namely Mukesh and Hardik to resolve matter but all in futile! Mailed Bajaj finance but no relief! No one from higher authority called to solve my matter. I was promised to get cash back after my 3rd Emi.Now,as I refused to pay further 3 Emi stating that I will only pay when I will get my cash back and refund of 100/- extra which has been charged to me with the last 5 Emi. They are fraud and their company should close down!
