Quite a good place for grocery and other home essential shopping. Vegetables are really good and affordable. Look out for some exclusive offers as well. They also have an app called StarQuik where you can order online and get things delivered to your door steps. Its also open during lockdown. Timings may vary.

Recently had purchased sugar packet from star market churchgate branch.It was found that on dissolving the sugar , some powdery small particals has been found. Which shows product is not genuine and clear case of mixing in products.People trust n buy things n this kind of products are not expected from you guys.It can lead to helath hazardous. Hope you take this on a serious note and take some action.

Ive been going to Star Market since it opened. It used to be well kept and hygenic, however in these last few visits I have found the level of cleanliness and hygiene in the aisles needs to be looked at. Maybe they dont have time to empty and clean shelves, but the place is no longer as pristine as it used to be a year ago.Other than the cleanliness issue, they have a good variety of supermarket items. Be prepared for long queues checking out though, sometimes the cashiers are just slow

Plus points -Competitive prices and well stocked supplies of various popular brands.The meat and fish counter is clean and has great fresh produce.Staff very helpful and efficient.Minus points -weekly sms outlines good offers BUT the offers are not honoured at the till.Disappointed that the rotisserie has closed down at Churchgate branch.

Better customer experience needed. Huge queues and few billing counters are a daily experience. Plus, credit cards salesmen who pester shoppers and oversell their product. However, some products like greens, vegetables etc are cheaper than other stores in the vicinity.

When I asked the cashier she says maybe I am hvg the wrong nbr..am I stupid ? Dont I know my own nbr??!! This is foolish g the public so that we cant claim our points against our shopping ! Helpful store manager! Variety of products, both perishable and non perishables, all under one roof. Clean floors and shelves. But always a long wait for weighing perishables as one has to queue up and the area to weigh is pretty cramped up so social distancing is nearly impossible. Security guards are strict and do their jobs v well to ensure shoppers follow covid safety rules.

Little more effort is required to organize things in place... I was searching tea powder... It has been kept two different types of brands tea power in different places..Could hv been better placed many stuff.. otherwise no complaint about Tata brands. They need to open more branch in suberb near Navi Mumbai and Central Mumbai. Tata have better good will then Reliance retail and Dmart.

Star Market is a great place for groceries, vegetables and fruits. I especially like the meats and fish section. Have been many times to buy fish there and the quality is superb. The staff is also helpful. They do have cold cuts and other poultry products which are also of good quality

It is great place which has love it hate it relationship with me. The things has less variety than other places but it gets the job done. The staff is little bit unhelpful and it is best to leave them alone instead of asking something. The guys at the sales counter bugs you for credit card all the time so that is a little bit annoying.

Harrassment by traffic police,by ticketing properly parked cars, claiming Taxi Stand n fake No Parking signs. Suggest the matter be taken up for benefits of customers, whereas Maha Shasan n other Govt vehicles are randomly parked n no action taken. A routine harassment of fine n pictures taken with no proper proofs of infringement.

Star Bazaar has wide range of products under one roof. I particularly love the store for fresh fruits, chicken and fish.The best part is they allow the chicken and fish to be bought in smaller quantities too. Which is really feasible when buying for one person meal.
