Went with my husband Deepak for the open MRI for his lower back pain and full spine screening on 20th June 2019.The staff are courteous polite and smiling facedThe experience was not like any other MRI viz the machine is ideal for someone with claustrophobia or asthma.Also the sound is not too much.45 minutes passed off really soon.An excellent speedy and smooth experience.Again a shout out to all the staff and the lady managing the centre.Very professional.Thanks.

Ambience: Very comfortableStaff : Super excellentOpen MRI scan : I have tried using a closed MRI unit and failed miserably. Truly the open MRI is a boon to all the claustrophobic patients and special mention for obese and super obese patients. I am obese and trust me the open MRI was a cake walk. The staff made me super comfortable and the anetists was also very helpful and friendlyOverall: Super invention by Hitachi who cares for all body type patients. Godbless.Had to revisit this place and thankfully time and again these people have proved they are good. A good organisation is made by good people and the staff just proves it right.

Clean place,supportive staff,excellent for claustrophobic patients,doing brain MRI in their open machine was like a cakewalk,definitely recommend to anyone having fear of closed spaces👍🏻
