A pretty good hospital with a good staff. The doctors were cooperative and also the housekeeping staff was good. All the safety measures were taken under consideration. It was an overall decent experience.

I am so thankful to Dr. Nihal for quick support, because of DNA my father is back healthy, he was admitted for 29 days and we almost lost the hope but Dr. Dineshs guidelines and treatment was strong enough to restore the lost hope. Fakruddin MullaI was admitted in DNA hospital on 9th April 21, I came from Jawhar and distance between Jawhar to DNA hospital is around 130km, when I left to hospital from my home town my ox was between 65 to 70 and high fever was there, I was in very critical condition. By the grace of almighty Allaha I reached safely. I was so lucky that I got bed and my treatment start.I was so luck that I got perfect hospital which I was expecting for my treatment DNA Multispeciality Hospital, I was in 6 bed room and everyone was in same condition like me and was getting proper treatment, there were many nurses, cleaning workers, food service staff, lots of doctors, physio therapy doctors for proper exercise of lungs was doing 2 times in a day and explain each and everything how to control our body, lungs.There is two doctors looking after me Dr. Nehal andDr. Mansi Dave, 2-3 times they are visited to rooms checking and getting each hours my body condition details with nurses who is doing noted every hours every patient details, believe me I was feel that I was at my home bed and getting treatment at my place, If I feel something loose in my body at any time same time nurses called dr. and dr. came immediately do satisfied me with treatment,This hospital works 24 hours, if I feel to eat in middle of night the room staff of hospital arrange food, fruit, milk, etc. in the morning they clean my body help to change cloths, and make me proper. If I need to take X-ray they carry machine at my bed place and take X-ray, no need to run anywheres. I feel got everything on my doorsteps. Cleanliness is very impressive, Toilets, rooms, common area clean between every half an hour timing. 3 times providing foods was very healthy and digestible,I was there in hospital 2 week for treatment, when I was leaving hospital that time my Ox was between 94-96 without artificial ox, I was so comfortable, in that period all staff became very close to me. Everybody wishing me for my better health. At the end I got medicine and hospital bill in my hand and I was expecting that I was got more bill as per there treatment and all services, I saw bill and nice smile came to my face the bill was so below which I expected. Below are the issues which I faced in Covid time:1. Dr. Dinesh yadav was there, who itself was not wearing the mask and post saying about mask he is like I am vaccinated thats why I am not wearing, and as per my knowledge wearing mask is important even if vaccination is taken.2. They will provide you discharge only after 10am , so they can charge you for that whole day, even if you stays there for extra 3 hours( that charges includes 3 different doctor fee, beds fee and there were approx 3-4 extra charges), if they had provided me discharge till 10AM my approx saving would had been approx 12k, but due to that 3 hours extra, I had to pay that( and mainly it was there mistake that they havent provided discharge before 10am)For that last day 3 hours extra,They have also added fee for 3 doctor approx 5000 and that doctor had not visited to check my father in that extra 3 hours of last day, just one doctor came that also for round and left without asking anything about health and for that thing they charge 1500 extra fee for 1 doctor and other doctor never came to checkThey had charge 9000 for special pathology which includes different types of test, if you go outside amd get that checked in upto in 3000 it will be done, based on your locality it may be vary from 2000 to 5000 but not above.3. My dad was already cared some medicine to hospital, and they told him not to use it, and after discharge when I saw the medicine list provided by hospital they have given 3-4 same medicine which my dad already taken to hospital.So overall experience of mine is too bad, and one of my neighbour was admitted to sancheti hospital for approx 8 days and his total bill was 85 thousands and my dad bill for 4 days at DNA was 72 thousands, I had also requested them atleast decrease 2k from bill, post saying that he is like nahi request manta mein aapko bharna he hoga pura bill in a rude way.They are charging 500 per day for PEP kit from all the patient (approx there were 20-25 patient so approx 10000 to 12000 for that PEP kit and approx 4-5 people were wearing that. Even branded PEP kit cost approx 1000 rupees.And specially that doctor Dinesh was rude from start only, doctor should be very freely with patients and they family so they can get some good vibes, but he was like very sad face doctor.And also I am thinking of complaining about hospital to MCI.I will not prefer you DNA, sancheti is far better option than this.

Very bad treatment. No senior doctor available, RMO doc google for the treatments. Even the intubation is done by RMO doc who hardly has any knowledge. My sister lost her life in this process of intubation.

Terrible treatment, patients are taken care only by RMO doctors who has zero knowledge about the dosage. Dr. Rajesh(idk who gave him the degree) literally checked on Google for dosage in front of us. Sisters in ICU has no sense of talking to patients. Please think thousand times before going to this hospital. We lost our family member due to their mistreatment.

All over treatment protocol is very very good specially thnxxx to Dr Mansi Dave she is such a superb doct and thnxx to anisha Khan too. My father in law was admitted here for Pneumonia. Doctors give prompt response before admitting.But once you admit the patient everything goes slow. We were informed that there would be xray every 2 days but on 5th day they did xray that too when we asked for progress.They will never come on their own to give progress report. You need to keep chasing the doctors.They confirmed on 5th day in the morning that they will process the mediclaim as they take time to approve. Later in the evening when we asked for an update, they had not processed, wasted whole day in getting approval.On 6th day (the discharge day), they started mediclaim approval process post 11am. Once it is approved the discharge process will start.They dont value familys time at all.

Doctor’s response was very optimistic and they dealt with the situation bravely, especially Dr.Nihal and his staff. They were very conducive to remove our fear of COVID-19 and replace it with positiveness. In addition, we were provided with proper guidelines and medication. They didn’t make us feel like we were left out and treated us with equality. Mainly, the charges were very affordable and we really got proper quality treatment and a value for our money. Indeed, I had recommended more 19 people and they all were well satisfied. I totally advice this hospital.

Past few months have not been easy for any one of us. Facing the pandemic has been a nightmare and what was news for me became a reality when my mother was diagnosed of Covid 19. Admitted in a very critical state with extreme low levels of oxygen the only hospital which responded and came to my rescue at 1:00am in the night was DNA Multispecialty Hospital, Kandivali(East). Not only that, they even offered to send an ambulance at the critical hour.My mother remained in the hospital for Covid 19 treatment for exactly 30 days in the month of July and during this time the doctors, a special mention to Dr. Nihal Khan and Dr. Aneesha Khan and the entire staff took care of my mother nonstop. All the required facilities were provided on time. A special care for the cleanliness and hygiene is taken in and around the patients. The doctors and staff are very polite and understanding and patiently attempt to answer all the queries the members of the patient may have. Personally, it was very comforting for me. Unfortunately, my mother could not survive the pandemic, but I would still recommend the hospital to anyone who is looking out for help during these critical times especially for senior citizens.I wish DNA, all the doctors and the entire support staff of the hospital, all the very best in their endeavor to fight back Covid 19.

My Parents were admitted in DNA Hospital for COVID Treatment. My mothers lung was 30% infected (CORAD 5- range of 16/25), they had preexisting diseases like BP, Sugar. Due to timely and excellent treatment & special attention by Dr. Anisha Khan, Dr. Nihal, and Dr. Dinesh Yadav. My Parents were discharged in 8 days. Very BAD experience.......unhygienic, non cooperative staff, heavy budget, money minded......they charged 9000/for PPE kit per day, where they dont wear PPE kit at all........wouldnt recommend it all...

Firstly it is very near to our Lokhandwala residence. Plus the plan of action taken after diagnosis was very precise. They took really good care of dad as he was admitted and Dr. Nihal khan was very cooperative and did the process of discharge very swiftly. Very helpful to the patients. The beddings of the hospital should be a little soft especially in the ICU and there should be a small in house canteen due to which any one from the family who is constantly around can access it. And its good for the patients as well easy and fast access to good and nutritional food.

Hospital staff were helpful & taking proper care of patients giving good advice n suggestions ....only the thing is hospital not provide food facility. I hope in future hospital will provide. Thanks.

Right now DNA hospitals DNA running through my Brother InLAW Veins.its too FAR from vashi (New Mumbai), there were too many question on my mind.1. how can I travel and take care of my Brother InLAW?2. will they take care of my Brother InLAW seriously or not?3. does it cost us too much?and so on....But after Talking to Doc NIHAL, everything started sorting it out easily.the time I enter into the hospital my Brother InLAW condition was way too much critical. I didnt expect that he will return home by his own.But the way Doc Nihal and other Doc did there job was FANTASIC.from Nurses to all other Staff members, everyone is very cooperative very humble to talk and very generous.I hope DNA hospital will have a GREAT FUTURE.A big hearted THANK you to Dr. Nihal and other Staff Members.I will recommend this Hospital to my Family, Friends and whoever reading this review.

DNA docs are a blessing to this neighborhood. Their calm and cheerful approach to patients..and we in my family have been patients quite a few times..does work well with families and puts them at ease. Bad experience. They dont have proper consultant.I have to share 2 incident one is recent and one is old .My uncle is admitted in your hospital from last 3 week(currently discharge and taken to another hospital) still the condition is same there is no sign of any improvement.doctor is saying even we dont know what happen to patient.they just ask for all different kind of test to perform ,in the report all came normal but condition is not improve.another one my dad is admitted last November due to dengue for at least one weak and after the discharge same issue is occur within one week.I have to admitted my father once again for better treatment in Sanchati Hospital.

Just took my dad to the hospital as he was sweating, had giddiness and vomit sensation. They made him run from one corner to another. If a patient comes at 4 am, should be treated as an emergency. The nurse put the ecg suction cups in the wrong way, another nurse corrected it later. Doctor sounded unsure about the symptoms and finally declared it acidity. Very unclean with people sleeping all over the place. Wouldnt recommend anyone.

Got my dad admitted for 1st degree heart blockage. The Doctors have a fantastic and transparent communication channel boz of which he was administered with the necessary medication on time and post follow ups were done diligently. My mother was admitted to hospital with gangrene foot, where other doctors suggested amputation, this hospital took care of it and they not only cured it but most important they saved foot. My Brother in law admitted to DNA hospital in very critical condition. As he is suffering from GBS disorder, he even unable to move his feet and hands properly. I walked in to DNA hospital with a head injury on Friday 1st June 2018 looking for doctor to attend to it. Dr Khan appears in front of me and I head straight to him. He immediately took me to his consulting room and said I would need stitches and asked his team to prep me for it. I was worried about losing my hair as the wound was beneath my hair on left side of my head. He said he would try and not cut any of my hair. 3 days after the injury, my wound is healing beautifully and I do not feel any pain either. Dr Nihal Khan is a star!!

My family is repeat client for DNA specially for the excellent homely environment. Recently this Jan onwards I had to get three patients hospitalized there and experienced their service. The nursing staff is very cooperative both in ICU and ward.
