It was quite a amazing experience tho, cause of the great facilities been provided there also the hospital was clean and hygienic. The staff including doctors showed genuine affection toward the patients with their love and care. The doctors, physicians, dieticians and other staff looked after me very well during my time in hospital. They made me quite comfortable and so I was able to freely discuss my problems and requirements with them. After consultation with dr deshpande we were asked to go to this hospital which is absolutely mismanaged ,On the reception we had clearly clarified what all test reports are required ,either the receptionist is not educated enough to understand or they are been trained to act in that way , asked us to deposit 10ik initially to perform the test. After some time asked us to deposit 9k , we thought of tp that cost is over , than we went to cafeteria for snacks and received call that sorry sir you n3ed to deposit another 8k rs. , We did the same surprising after left the hospital when we were on the way received call that your another 4500 is due which need to deposit.This is clearly indicated that there pricing of any pathology test us not fixed and change as per there on way.I suggest to be careful while visit this hospital and if possoble look for an alternative else there is possibility that you cam be cheated.Despite recommend treatment i decided to get it done from somewhere else with the fear that if I go back they can harrqsHarasses me and dont know how much they will charge.Doctor are good with worst management in terms of patients handl8ng and knowledge of staff is absolute illiterate , this can give big damage to anyone.At lasy I would suggest be careful with this hospital.

Good physiotherapy department, I had several joint pain and ankle sprain but after 4-5 sessions of physiotherapy treatment by Dr. Anjali parab, it got vanished.....

I would like to say that this hospital is extremely good in all respects. My son has undergone a major surgery for dislocation by Dr. Chintan Desai, who did a very good job on him. Though he was admitted only for a very short period he was given the best treatment by all which includes, doctors, nurses and ward assistants. One of the best hospitals to get good treatment.Recently I have been treated by Dr.Abhishek Kini for my knee and he was also very kind and courteous and referred me for physiotherapy, assuring me that my knee was perfect and physiotherapy would help. He also insisted that I should not go in for any surgery. Accordingly I began physiotherapy with Dr.Anjali Parab who is excellent in her job. She is also kind and courteous and takes great pains in whatever she does. With her help my knee has improved tremendously and I am much better now. One of the best Cancer Special Hospital in South Mumbai.

My mother was admitted on 9/7/2020 for twisted intestine and was operated on 10/7/2020 by Dr. Satish Rao. I was care taker for her. Every one from Hospital was taking care of patients and themselves in view of Covid-19. She got best and totally transparent treatment. Entire staff was totally cooperative as well as supportive. During her stay in ICU, even though I was not allowed to meet her due to Pandemic, staff used to brief me on her health twice a day and allowed video call. Dr Satish Rao personally used to call me once or twice a day as well as used to visit to give his opinion and future course of action, based on current situation. Her health deteriorated despite of successful operation due to earlier prolong weakness. Dr Rao continued his support on humanitarian level, even though his part was successfully over earlier. Entire staff tried level best to revive her from this. They made me aware of situation every now and then. She breathed her last on 21/7/2020. It was my personal loss but I must say, she got best possible treatment during her stay and there was not a room for any complaint on that front.Though expensive, treatments justifies it.Few points I would like to draw attention at,1... Try to reduce time consuming paper work. It took almost 6 hours to get her mortal remains2... Bathrooms for ICU waiting rooms dont have any hooks or racks to keep cloths. It is very inconvenient.

Superb hospital. Good for heart care and for patients suffering from heart ailments, diseases. Veg food is served but it very tasty and healthy. It is near Kemps Corner Junction. It falls in South Mumbai city area which is a posh locality. Staff is great, fast, efficient and cooperative. Doctors are very well trained and highly qualified. Nurses are good too.
