If you are booking appointments for covid 19 vaccine then please dont book slot on this hospital. My father got vaccinated but didnt receive the certificate. They are not managing database correctly. Also vaccination drive is not starting on time you have to wait for 3 to 4 hours. If you think this review is fake then search it on Google Cama vaccine miss management you will get articles from TOI and Indian express.

I was admitted for treatment of COVID-19 as I am pregnant with diabetes ( high risk pregnancy with bad history). I too had second thoughts i even made up my mind to change the hospital . It was Dr. Tushar Palve and his team who with utmost care and compassion made me comfortable and I continued my treatment for 10 days staff attention and care and doctors 10 on 10 being state run facility please do not luxurious still the staff will try level best to help you with basic necessity also little hygiene wise things are little off but no compromise on care given by nurses and follow ups by doctors timely monitoring of pregnancy and symptoms checks is excellent so please any one in need of COVID-19 and maternity friendly this is the good hospital .

5 stars for the doctors, nurses, medical care, lab tests, facilities, equipment and cafe etc. But zero for the attitude regarding family support and sentiments of family. The Managment runs the place with ex military security staff like a prison where all visitors are seen as criminals and treated rudely. Their slogan is respect for life but they do not at all respect the living family members under grief and other stresses. It leaves me bad memories of the hospital. For this reason if there was similar hospital with better attitude to the importance of family support, I would recommend that over this one.

I had a very bad experience at the time of my delivery..unit 1 doctors are very arrogant, careless no sympathy for pts at all, have no sense of talking to the pts and their relative. When I was hospitalised my case was critical the doctors behaved very badly used such harsh words were shouting on my relatives instead of making them understand the condition of their pt. My relatives were told we need to operate ri8 now or els ur pt will die,but I was kept in labour for 12hrs as the doctors wanted to sleep they had asked their intern to supervise me but even she slept I was in terrible pain n bleeding sisters tried to wake her up but she behaved as if she dnt care...they had decided to take me In OT at 2.30am but finally they took me in OT at 7.30am in the morning my relatives were worried outside and the doctors were peace fully sleeping...Strong action to be taken against this unit so that other pts dnt suffer this kind of treatment.

Memories of November 26 ... The story of an unknown heroineStaff Nurse Anjali Kulthe- My True CelebrityThis is a story of heroism, by staffers Anjali Kulthe! To remind Anjali, she is no heroine in the glittering world. It is depressing to be reminded of her bravery. Anjali is a night nurse at Kama and Albels Hospital near CST station from 8 pm to 8 am. As it was a womens and childrens hospital, 20 women who had come for childbirth were waiting for the birth of their baby in the labor room under Anjalis care. Anjali was carrying out her responsibilities as usual. It was a dark night, November 26, 2008! Meanwhile, Ajmal Kasab Kama, the terrorist who attacked Mumbai, came to the hospital premises and caused a commotion. Kasab, who was carrying a gun and firing bullets like Mathefiru, was shot in the head by the security guards of the hospital and he was covered in blood. He later injured a nurse. The patients in the hospital were holding hands, fearing that they would take the pills now. While he was about to reach the first floor after killing the security guards, Anjali literally ran away in a moment and closed the heavy doors of the department. Twenty pregnant women and their relatives under her care were immediately moved to the pantry at the end of the ward and the injured nurse was moved to the emergency department. Be careful not to let any noise. It was as if she had taken the initiative to save every life in the hospital. Without wasting any time, she called the doctors and the police and warned them. The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center. The nurse was working hard to reassure and help everyone in the hospital in an atmosphere of terror. Meanwhile, she immediately took two women to the maternity ward on the second floor to give birth. Doctors also helped with the delivery. The baby was born safely. It all started in the light of a single tube. Because the storm below was starting to fire. After a while the sound cooled; But that night was hostile.Within a month after this incident, Anjali recognized Kasab in the identity parade without fear. She went into the nurses uniform and showed the strength of that uniform. She was not frightened, she did not waver, she did not even think about the danger to her life at that time. She maintained the situation. He carried out his responsibilities generously. Her patient was her responsibility. Saved their lives. Took care. Her uniform was her strength. If she hadnt closed the door in fear that day ... if she hadnt moved patients to safety ... or if she had refused to identify the terrorist ... It seems.Anjali Kulthe is, in my opinion, your true celebrity. This heroine of ours is not Deepika Padukone or Kangana Ranaut in Z Security. Anjali is our heroine with true beauty of courage and service. To me she is the most beautiful woman in the world. The courage shown by Anjali or many others like her on the night of 26th November is equally valuable. Just as Ujjwal Nikams life was in danger when the identity parade was started against Kasab, Anjalis life will also be one hundred percent! But she did not ask for security or expect it. Anjali Kulthe will never be a Page Three celebrity or she will not get a place on the front page in the media, she will not get Padma Shri, she will not get Legislative Council, she will not get candidature for graduate constituency, she will not get Maharashtra Bhushan. She does not expect to be honored. But over time, that is likely to change. You Indians can’t recognize or remember a real heroine like her.But when we keep Anjali Kulthe in place of Deepika Padukone and Rinku Rajguru by keeping the society awake, this courage, the nurses who work tirelessly in the medical field, the nurses who keep the night lamp lit by Nightingale while serving patients day and night will gain social recognition. When they are considered real heroines, your five-year-old daughter or son will say, Mom, I want to be a nurse.

Kama Hospital is for women. A lot of things are good here. The service is great and the surroundings are quiet too. This place is 2 minutes away from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. The toilets and canteen facilities are inadequate and dirty for the people who come from outside and the relatives who are sleeping in this place need to be remedied today.
