I stayed in this hospital for 4 days. The hospital is kept very clean and there is a staff that maintains the same cleanliness every day. The nursing staff is very polite, cooperative and friendly. Canteen Meal is well balanced and tasty for Patients. Senior and Junior doctors take care of patients in a very good way. overall this hospital deserves 5 stars in All.

The worst hospital one can go to for medical emergency. My father suffered a heart attack which was detected through ecg at 11.30 in the night. Guess when the cardiologist visited? 2.30 next afternoon. After 14 hours. And he said he is critical and surgery is risky and no surgery is risky. That was his diagnosis. We immediately shifted him out of that place and got proper medical assistance and solution elsewhere. Btw the bill for just keeping him for 15 hours was 1.6 lakhs without any surgery

I stayed in Apex hospital Borivali East for 3 days.Best part of this hospital is best quality RMO doctors.Especially Lady Dr. Ashwini in ICCU,Very kind, caring, helpfull and most importantly very much talented.I never seen such kind of quality RMO in any hospital, as I visited most hospitals in mumbai.

Pathetic billing and TPA service..The patient hasnt caused so much agony as much as the TPA - Mukesh. Admin person - Rohini is always on rounds with 5 patients in the entire hospital wonder who and what she is treating and wants to dodge off relatives. Extremely poor services. Make sure you ask them to prepare your discharge papers upon admission. Sadly internet down since 4hrs n counting.Treatment was good. But sadly hospitals and doctors have to bear the brunt of poor billing services. This is Borivali E hospital.

I got my piles and fissures surgery done here through Pristyn Care. Hygiene maintained rooms.Food provided to patients is not great but staff and helpers are well trained and helpful.

It has been a nice experience to be in the Apex hospital, Borivali (east), Mumbai. There was a chest pain of my wife in the midnight if 15 th of May 2021. I rang up to Apec for necessary assistance. They immediately helped me by calling there, in the period if lock down.The reception was so cordial and helpful, which I cant forget.The attending staff. I feel there should be a negative ratings for such hospitals.I was admited in March, first of all when I reached there I was in stomach pain at midning and asked for deposit first where I was alone reached hospital and later was told to take a lift and reach at 3rd floor alone.The night doctor was still kind enough but the day duty doctor was pathetic. My treatment doctor just visited me on day one and on day two where it was clear that I had small stone, doctor didnt even visited and staff just tried to convey false commitments that doctor is above to come. Next day was suppose to be an indian off so their TPA would be on off so their planing was to however delay the process so I could have stayed there for more 2 days.We faught with them and took a forcefull discharge as my treatment was going in a complete different road. Upon discgare they harresed us so much by not providing us report, keeping us wait for bill settelment.So everything was planned here and I can say in simple words (business in the name of medicle) one of the head had assured me that there will be strict action against the people involved in each and every issues but I never heard from him. So we can now assume that its a teamwork.....They literally charged me for things which were never given to me.My humble request to the people use this as a last option of your life as neither doctors, not the management can be at patience side.

I recently(May21) admitted in this hospital. The borivali east hospital is Non Covid and Safe.Here is my overall experience* It is suitable for middle class and the mediclaim or SGHS holders. Because the minimum starting Bed charges per day is Rs.1800.* Nursing staff is divided in to 3 shifts of 8 hours so they will be always with you 24x7 to take care of yours.* You need to pay Rs.15000 refundable deposit before admission.* You have a button set beside your bed so that you can call nursing staff anytime you want.* All the staff people were generous and courteous.* You get food included with your daily bed charges which includes (morning tea, breakfast, fruit, lunch & dinner (2 chapati, 2 sabji, rice, dal and salad), afternoon tea with biscuit, soup, night milk etc.* Many of the diagnosis facilities are inhouse so they rarely send you out for diagnosis.* Ambulance service is available.* ICU, MICU etc. Is available for emergency cases.

Had to take my mother in case of emergency as it is next door but had it been for me, I would prefer to die but would never step in Apex multispeciality which is at Borivai east...third class doctor and staffDr Dinesh Sharma....would not even call him a doctor as he definitely does NOT know how to speak or treat. This so called doctor in ICU laughs at patient pain. Not really sure if he is even a doctor. We took my mom for UTI. When she complained regarding pain during urination, this Dr Dinesh Sharma is laughing on it...this is happening in ICU...The staff ordered so many medicines...none of them used or given to the patientWe took her existing insulin injection...they disregarded that. When we ask what medication is given, they have no response.Now I get why bmc has removed apex from covid hospital list.The hospital management is pathetic.Hats off for this hospital for maintaining its bad reputation.

Dont book paid appointment for vaccination at this hospital, not proper arrangement. if you book the appointment for vaccination than too you have to waiting at least 3 to 4 hours
