Today around 3:30 pm, we visited Marvala Gold site, Bhandup and there we met sales person Mr. Seema. But the way she treated us was very unprofessional. In the last 2 weeks, we have visited many locations but have not seen a sales executive who dont know way to manage the customer. And when we ask to show the sample flats, she suggested to meet the security guard, I will call him and he will show you and when we meet the security guard, he responds that I didnt got any call but she always call me from the front.The security guard called Ms. Seema from the front but then he came and said that the work is going on in a Second Tower, dirt will fall on you. We said ok we will manage, we want to see flats to take discussion but later Security Guard said that we dont have Security Caps now so we cant go.(Very unprofessional that you dont have Reserved Security caps for customer who are visiting site) later on also we asked when we can revisit site but there is no appropriate response from Guard, he behave like that he having some kind pressure from other side. later we called Seema and asked to just show the flats of Tower 1 to see the flats finishing and area of flats but she refused as stated structure is different.Were really sorry that such a big name and its response toward customer so much nonsense. Really disappointed.Dont try to judge a customer by his appearance.
