Pidilite has a great campus in Andheri East, walkable to the metro station. The campus has a swimming pool, gym and an amazing vegetarian canteen with so many options. Its always a treat to visit that canteen. The work space is spacious and all divisions are spread across different floors. It has 2 entrance and ID card or visitors pass is mandatory to enter the office premise. It has a huge hall too.

My cousin was the Regional Manager looking after the Tamil Nadu and Kerala regions. So it was all good for me, though from a back office perspective. The best part was easy access through a turn off the highway that leads directly to the Offices front door!

Everything is good there only one thing getting through the 1st stage of sequirity is a tiring process. And gaurds there are always chatting with each other which delays the process which sometime is too irritating.

Recruitment process is very poor. They dont select the deserving ones. This company can do better if they improve the recruitment process.

Worst ever. The customer service and after sale Service is the worst. The product (pidilite sheets) was faulty.. kept calling them to get it repaired but they keep giving stupid excuses (Andheri East branch). I have never encountered such lazy and non committed people.Dont buy youll regret.

Friendly staff, security scrutiny can be very time consuming if its your first time visit. Well maintained corridors and filled with tress... Its a small amazon inside a city.

The only company I have seen which does not have a waiting area for the visitors. Pedilite being soo huge brand cant even afford a waiting area is sad. Person coming with me was made to wait outside the premises on the road for 1 hour. So pathetic.
