Hiranandani gardens....great place to live

Great apartment complex with all necessary facilities. Has got an exclusive gym, pool and clubhouse. Just built, so everything is brand new. Cant beat the location, right on main street in Hiranandani Gardens, close to pretty much everything.The only downside (comparing with some other apartments in the area that Ive checked out) is the carpet area of the housing - which comes to around 750sqft with the extra room added in. Personally for me, its a great trade off to having a spanking new apartment with brand new white goods, great support and maintenance staff and convenience in terms of the location.

This building is located in a very posh area of powai And very near to all major shoping centers like dmart, haiko.

Awesome appartment for stay. Of course price is too high but its worth.

This building is under construction the flats are almost completed and the view from the top floor is amazing.....

Newest building of Hiranandani Gardens Powai.. fully lake view flats.. its multi storied tower.. some of the flats are garden facing too.. Good option for expatriates and young couples since Hiranandani has very few new flats with grand lobby. these flats comes with air conditioners, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Modular Kitchen with Hob and chimney. We have heard that builder is planning for health club with private swimming pool and gym etc. for this building.It has specious 750 sq.ft carpet 2bhk flats but I personally found the 2nd bedroom small. But overall its very good for investors as the OC is obtained so no need to pay GST.
