Very bad service, on 8th April 2021, i had purchased RCB mask with order No# 28070. the tracking number 2794210336626 was shared to me. As per the tracking number the order is delivered yesterday. i have not received the product. I checked with our security and all the possible checks i had done from end. i also tried contacting the Delhivery customer care to check if the shipment was wrongly delivered to some other address, they have taken the complaint and its not being useful after that. request you check on this issue at the earliest. i contacted both the manufacturer and Courier customer care 10 times but no one is responding with the correct details. they are only checking from last two days. Surprisingly the EUME customer care mail ID is full and my email was bounced back. this the pathetic condition of this manufacturer and i fell into their trap seeing an add on social media. i suggest other not to go with EUME products online purchase.
