This Starbucks is great. It’s objectively great. But there are some aspects which make it even greater. I would like to thank the personnel which takes its greatest to deliver top quality experience when serving its customers. Yes, some people leave unhappy and rate this Starbucks at 1 star but this is only because they are being rude themselves and don’t respect the workers. If not them, you wouldn’t be able to enjoy the finest coffee (subjective opinion here) you usually get. If you are asked to wear a mask - do it, it only takes 2 seconds. These people are using them for 8-12 h shifts. Respect and you will be respected.I don’t have anything against the personnel or this Starbucks, I love everyone here. I have a lot of question to Starbucks as an organization, about which the awareness must be raised .4 - quite good, always coming back here.

Its the place where you must be in when you visit Moscow and you can see that most of the other cafés not having hot coffee enough like Starbucks coffee.Im not sure why Moscows cafes in general like the coffee cold even when you told them extra hot!

Just another Sbux store, what make it different is the cup wall! I love it. So artsy! Located in the center of the city. You can acces from the main street entrance or back entrance inside the mall. They also sell Tumbler and Merchandise.Food and beverages was just the same with another sbux franchise. Nothing much on specialty.

A Starbucks. Usual choice of drinks and foods, tasty as always. I think its not the best place to work at because of the seating: there are only two or three tables where you are able to sit with your back to the wall, which makes you feel a little uncomfortable at all the other tables.

It is alright another Starbucks, but I have to accept that the barista gave me a really nice americano! And the cheese cake was nice as well.

Plenty of people always!But its still one of the spacious ones. So you should give it a chance, if you have not any other options. Great location.No dedicated restrooms. Have to go to the 3rd level of the shopping center.

Starbucks is always Starbucks! Among other stops in Moscow this one is spacial because of its big table for big company. Suits perfectly for short break or just take your cup of coffee and keep on walking Red Square or fountains of Bolshoy Theatre.

Good quality, but not so tasty.

Ordered blonde roast coffee, took over 10 minutes. They do not know how things are supposed to taste. The blonde roast was made darker and stronger than the Pike. We asked for cream (took forever) and they dumped in huge amounts of cream ruining our coffees.

A simple reserve in the four seasons building (formerly Moscow). Everything is pleasant, respectful. Baristas are great. Purely. The choice of beans is rather weak for a coffee shop opposite the State Duma. Well done

I went there for the first time today. Finally I visited Starbucks at Red Square! As expected, this is one of the best Starbucks of my life. I liked the Christmas songs, the tree and the decoration with the cups the most. Its very beautiful there! November has just begun, and Starbucks is already giving a festive mood) I want to go there more often))

In the very center. Like all starbucks in the world - great coffee. The staff here are friendly. What is nice - they greet you right away as soon as you enter the institution. This small gesture immediately has a good atmosphere.

The staff is weird. At the request to clean up on the table, I wiped the half with a rag, to which I was closest and thats it. On the other half, there were crumbs, etc.

Pretty cozy place in the very center of Moscow. There are sockets, charge your phone or laptop. Recommend.
