I was referred to QI Spine Clinic by my neurosurgeon for acute low back ache. The appointment and follow-ups were promptly handled by Mr Imran. The clinic is conveniently located and paid parking was readily available. Dr Shivam saw me and carried out the necessary tests and explained the condition and the prognosis very well. When I met the doctors who examined me I was confident that I am in safe hands. I am having this sciatica problem for last 20 years. I would rate this place at 100% the staff are extremely polite and all the doctors that we encountered are experts in their field and areas. I went in having tweaked my lower back so badly I couldnt even roll over in bed, let alone stand or walk properly. It was a severe recurrence of an older L4/L5 partial bulging disc issue thatd recurred on and off for years. They took time to help me understand the mechanics of what was going on before we started on any rehabilitation, as well as what it was going to take to get things properly aligned so that going forward I can at least make it much less likely to recur. Theyre very measured and scientific about their approach, which gave me a lot of comfort. Im better now, and cant recommend the place highly enough!

I was diagnosed with L4 L5 prolapse disks. This happened due to an injury in the gym. The pain was subtle but agitating all the way from my back to my thighs. I quickly started searching for spine specialists to get my back to normal again, that is when I came across Qi Spine , they helped me understand my problem and explained the right procedure that is going to take me through the cure. And here I am today. After 12 sessions of physiotherapy I can say my pain has sufficed to 60% , the doctors say few more sessions is going to set you straight. I came to the clinic with severe lower back pain (L4 - L5). I was extremely well taken care of with a very detailed check by Dr. Hrishita. Very satisfied with the service, process, hygine, people, courtsey and equipment they have. Went to them end Dec 2017, as a sure shot case for back surgery for the lower back. By May 2018 was feeling quite fine having gone through a thrice a week regime of intensive supervised exercises on the floor and on their machines, followed by lighter exercises at home. Happy to state that I was feeling more or less fully fit by Aug 2018. Currently still with them on a weekly regime to build on my strength and flexibility. God willing QI pulled me out of a surgery and is brought me back to almost normal.

I have consulted physiotherapists at Qi for back and neck problems and found them to be good. However, the commercial terms at Qi are not at all customer-centric and need to be changed. My wife had signed up for 6 sessions for her knee problem and paid in advance. After 2 sessions, she decided not to continue with the treatment. At about the same time, I had neck and shoulder problems and had to take six physiotherapy sessions. I requested the clinic to adjust the four unused sessions from my wife towards my treatment. The clinic refused. And we lost money paid for my wifes four sessions. This policy is not at all customer / patient oriented. The people in charge of making this policy need to review and change this.

I visited the QI Spine Clinic at Churchgate and consulted Dr. Khusboo Singh and Dr. Mansi Gandhi. They explained me the cause, action plan and sessions that would be required to cure the pain. It gave me confident that I was in able hands and at mental peace. I had around 24 sessions and could see the gradual improvement. Special mention of Dr. Mansi Gandhi who took out most care and push me to do the sessions and patiently help me throughout. Highly recommended for medicine and surgery free treatment. Thanks a ton.

I had a severe case of L5-S1 disk herniation. After a couple times falling in the rains and a hectic travel schedule taking my mother on a tour, I just bent to serve food for my rabbit when the disk herniated. I was bent at the back and couldnt get straight. I couldnt sit nor stand. the herniation had caused intense pain and tingling shooting down my right leg. A visible bulge was seen. After a week of hospitalization, I was advised complete bed rest for the next 3 months. Depression had got to me. Then I got to know about QI Spine Clinic and decided to visit once.Right from the first visit the people here have treated me with such diligence and honesty in their work that I must commend them.
