This was the 3rd switch of my career and so was any interaction with a recruitment agency for the transition. This was the best candidate experience so far that I have been through in all the aspects of negotiations, communication and expectations, which was very much needed for me as I was moving from Chennai to Mumbai for this role. I was communicating with Hemlata Bora majorly on profile fitment, early expectations setting and interview schedules and Swapnil Khetan for negotiations on compensation once i reached that stage. Both were very thorough in their approach while handling my candidacy. Right from the first conversation that I had with Hemlata about the vacancy till the time I landed with the offer post negotiations with Swapnil, all felt very seamless. They made me feel very comfortable and confident about the role and my candidacy status as I progressed through the selection process. I was contacted by one deepika malla in july for an opening in Roche ...saying next week there is an interview. ..2 months passed no contact again in the last week of september she got in touch and said next week there is an interview with roche ...4th she sms ed interview postponed by a week due to personal work of MD ..till date no contact after that ...later I found out she was harassing me with false information on request of GM with whom I had a issue...in fact she postponed interview on 4th after receiving sms from GM...is this the way global firm functions? And why a dumb CA is asked to handle candidates why you dont have proper HR personnel
