Its a huge residential complex especially for the people whove served the nation or are serving this great nation. The security is pretty good and the society is maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. Its situated at a very convenient place as everything is just available at a walking distance.

Residential area near Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. Mumbai. Mostly flats owened by Navy and Airforce officers. Quite peaceful area to stay. Covered and open parking designated vd flats. Play area and Open garden are inside the premises.

3 BHK flats, A perfect well maintained garden, Sand Park with a kids see-saw swing slide merry go round , Basketball Court , a small temple , Golf shooting small area , monthly weekend Housie for the whole society (Tambola). Perfect location (next to Hiranandani Gardens, Near to Main road , Hospital n everything is great on terms of location

The complex is quite big and is easily accessible to the heart of hiranandani. But it is a bit dull in terms of light.

Beautifully designed officers colony (defence colony) in a Clover leaf designed flats with three sides open for fantastic ventilation & a beautifully crafted lawn/open area lined with bottle palms (thanks to the 1st MC in 1997); adjacent to Hiranandani Gardens, Powai with cemented access roads to east & west Mumbai. A real posh area, though management needs much more desired & is a week area. Blessed to be in a place like this Mumbai. God bless defence forces of India.
