One of the worst platform, the mark tutor unserviceableand flagged whenever they feel and if u raise concern they dont give satisfaction answer. A big fraud . Dont waste your time and money on such apps.

They are very helpful and resolve all your concerns very quickly, as you can easily raise any concern directly from the app and it reaches the right team representative & hence is resolved asap. Fee payment is always done on time and tutoring hours can be tracked on the app. It has been a wonderful experience.

Hopeless thing on net. Better not fall prey to this. Payment deducted & customer service is there. Regretting for paying them. Beware, these people are taking customers for a ride. There is no option of tracking my order in their website. simply looting, cheating & scooting the customers

Not a great experience.Teachers sent were just about average, some are college students. Lot of issues with timings.Some teachers also informed that they dont get chance to speak to Genext guys and they dont get satisfactory response from them. Not a great treatment.Sales guys will keep followings up with you till you take their package, post that you would be forgotten.Once the package is about to expire they will reappear.I have has.some.really unpleasant discussions with their sales rep. No skills to handle a customer. Seems they are fresh out of college.No special discount for existing customers for renewal.

Genext has been a blessing in disguise for my son, esply the online tutoring during this pandemic. Disha Kamble , my sons maths tutor is amazing . She has not only helped my kid to score better but also has helped him to build his confidence In Math which always used to be a sore in his eyes. Whoever is thinking of taking their services please dont as they are big time fraud and even if you do so then plz take everything in writing as they will make you suffer for everything, after few days the tutors will change time as per their convenience and when you ask for replacement they will take 1 month or even more and your children will suffer.Their sales guy called Pankaj, Saideep, Nazeer, will give you all sweet talks but when it comes to deliverables they will not revert and will make you run. We were promised good and educated teachers but the faculty they provide are just average who have no teachers background.Even if you intend to take their services please ensure you are present in front when your child when they are studying as we have caught their teachers red handed browsing their phones and waisting time /Hours for which we parents pay.Beware of this Fraud Company

After checking out the google reviews , I was reluctant to keep a tutor from Genext. But after 100% assurance from them, I agreed and payed the full amount in advance. Now they provided me a tutor named Mr.Surav Kumar Id-2566. After 2-3 days of coaching he went on leave. I informed Genext but they didn’t respond. When he rejoined by that time exams started after 3-4 classes, 2 days prior to maths exam he ditched. He switched off his phone and didn’t even bother to inform. Again I informed Genext but no response. The teacher was a bank professional and he took tution just for timepass. I repeatedly asked Genext for a proffesional teacher, but they just take money and employee anyone they get without even thoroughly counter checking. All my money is wasted plus my son had to suffer. Genext is a very bad unprofessional money making tutoring service !
