Had a poor experience buying custom-made kettlebell from here. I wanted a 32-kg kettlebell. This was the only shop that offered to procure one for me. promised to get me one in 15 days, but took more than a month to get it. That was okay. But the product was old, damaged and not to agreed specifications (it wasnt rubber coated as promised). Good thing was that he accepted it and returned my advance. Photo sent to me didnt show the base, which was corroded.

They have very bad policies like no return,no replacement ,no guarantee and no warrantee,I bought a Nike gym gloves ,so at the start he said he has range between 300-900,the gloves pinkie finger area tore .He got ready to replace them ,for selling he sent his man to my place the very same day but for replacing he did not and kept pushing it further that he ll send .He had sent the photos on WhatsApp and when I went to the shop he showed me the same glove and a different one(some local brand with USA or Australian flag which he had sent earlier on WhatsApp and had quoted range 300-900)he said its a new stock worth rs 1200 but Ill give it to you for the same price rs 900 ,I knew that the price is less than 900 buy I didnt want to argue with the guy.I took them quietly without creating a ruckus).But a man who cheats his customer is what kind of a man?
