Very poor experience. Gave big cushions for dry cleaning. Forget dry cleaning which still smells of the dog pee, the reason it was given in the first place, the charge was 1200, days taken 30 days and output is they just plastic wrapped it to deliver. Bottomline paid 1200 for getting the cushions plastic wrapped.

Service was fine. But too much expensive... Not worth it . We can purchase new clothes instead of paying

The worst experience ever. My sister came for a visit and put 2 bags for laundry. We gave the bags on Sunday and it was supposed to be ready on Thursday. Even the next Sunday morning it wasnt ready. The manager said we will receive it home by 8 pm and the shop will be open till 8:30. No one is there in the shop, and of course, we did not receive the bags. My sister has to rush now and buy a new luggage as her flight is tonight and she is not living in India. Better to avoid putting anything in such place, disrespectful customer service.

Its been 18 (eighteen) days, still waiting for the delivery. Just 4 (four) jackets. I repeat, 18 days and counting. Theyre unreachable by phone via the curomoer care (says my phone number is not registered). To conclude, 18 days and counting for 4 jackets. Indias best dry cleaners? Hahahahaha.

Very very bad experience. given my Ddecor curtain for washing .Received with broken ,de -colored ring . most surprisingly they damaged my curtain with abig hole in it
