Room no. 302 was dirty as most dirtiest room. Atleast the staff should have ensured cleanliness of room before handing it over to the guest. Beding was awful. Television was just for show piece as no channels were can be viewed as the cable charges were not paid. Room service was good.

Worst hotel ever visited and they allow unmarried couple not married one when ask for reason then said no rooms available even after booking that show how ridiculous they are.

It was amazing experience at Oxford hotel because of my exam center is very from Oxford hotel. and facility was good bt there was some missing essential item like no bath shop was there also no shampoo was provided except this all other services are good.

This hotel provides neat and clean rooms which are fully luxurious with WiFi, breakfast, tea, milk, Lunch and dinner. The behaviour of employee is very good and there is no time boundation of comming in the night.

I had a very pleasant two nights stay at the hotel. The staff was really friendly. They even catered to my request for a new room and got it done quickly. Breakfast was good. Overall Id recommend them to anyone whos looking to stay in the area.The only thing that happened was during the second night, after I reached the hotel, I was greeted by a lot of mosquitos, so I couldnt get the best sleep. Thats the only reason I didnt rate my stay as 5 stars. Keeping that in mind, I think it was just a one time thing that it happened. So its all good I think.

This is a secret gem.. the hotel building is fairly bold but the time you will enter on 5 floor.. its a complete transition.. superp rooms with all 3 star amenities.. i booked one night for 1600 for single occupancy. Deducted one star for alcohol smell in the alley and build location.

Very bad service

The appeal on the website vs reality is quite distinct. Booked few rooms there. Geyser wasnt working and they couldnt fix it nor provide another room. The passage to the rooms is extremely narrow and feels claustrophobic. Bathroom doors are narrow that one has to squeeze through btn bath area and toilet space..The reception area looked nice and the rooms were clean.

Its a good stopover in case you are coming for the first time to Bombay and dont know much about the city. We came for admission of my daughter to IIT Bombay and required to stay for one night. Place is on almost main road easy to recognise, neat and clean. Value for money.

This is a very deceptive picture of the hotel property. This is situated in an apartment on 5th floor. Rest of the floors are occupied by shops. Elevators are bad and smell like cigarette. At given time if the day, you will see people smoking on the stair case.If you still want to book, pay close attention to rooms 601 and onwards. They are situated next to kitchen. Guaranteed no sleep and if you are lucky free smell as well!Breakfast is provided in the room and the quantity is so less you!Ill never step a foot back.

A moderately priced hotel with decent facilities available. I would suggest it to travellers who are there for a day or two. Proximity to Powai and the airport makes it suitable for persons travelling for work at nearby locations. Several good restaurants within half an hour reach takes care of the food requirement. Though the hotel doesn’t have any restaurant but it provides an average breakfast and decent room service with limited menu.

We stayed over night here and the catch is the hotel is extremely close to the airport. 20 min by a cab. Being close to powai garden, lake and hiranandani complex it is a perfect spot for a holiday travel. The rooms were a little smaller than usual hotel rooms.. but staff was very helpful. We got extra towels, press to iron clothes , complimentary breakfast and a neat and clean room which was laid perfectly overall we were happy with our stay

Located on Saki Vihar Road, with ample parking space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but okay for a business stay. Rest rooms are extra small, and so is the accessway to the rooms ( 2 feet wide gallary). They do help with food and amenities on request

I had gone to meet my friend who had came from other state, so we have decided to sit inside room then after some time call came from reception saying ask your friend to leave. I dont understand there is no cafeteria or place to talk then where the people can talk to each other. Note:- This place is not as comfortable for single girl, on opening window lot of cigratee smells comes. Dont see the review from fab hotel websites, Most of them are fake.

Stayed in this hotel for night, but they dont have their own restaurant. Rooms and washroom were tidy. Apart from that, hotel staff was well mannered and was at the service at utter of our word.

I had read mixed reviews for this and hence needed to share my own experience with photos. I stayed in room 507 which is just beside the reception and still had no issues of noise or disturbance. People from outside Mumbai need to understand all the rooms in Mumbai hotels are small, even in the big 4-5 star hotels (compared to other 4-5 star hotels in other towns)Its a good choice for 2100 bucksPros:1. Its a very good budget hotel, the room size is also decent. You can not compare it with a 5 star hotel, even though I have found their executive type rooms are only slightly bigger than here2. All the facilities are commendable. They serve you nice breakfast (in the room and not buffet), they have in-room tea (hot water kettle), the tv size is decent and also the wardrobe3. The bathroom is unexpectedly big. You would expect a budget hotel to have cramped tiny bathroom, but this one is just the right size. They also have air fresheners in the bathrooms4. The AC works great and they have hot shower even in summer.5. The staff is really friendly, theyll not nudge you for tips as well.Cons:1. Not exactly a -ve point, but it is located in a commercial tower. On other floors, there are offices. The area where it is situated is not posh, but if youre familiar with Mumbai, youll know there are slums even just beside a 5 star as well.2. Unmarried couples are not allowed.

Cheap hotel with good amenities.The rooms , and toilets were clean. The staff was very nice and attentive. Food was tasty , and again cheap. I ate chicken biryani. My next few stays are surely going to be in this hotel whenever I visit Powai.One thing to remember is that the hotel is only on the 5th floor, and the entire building doesnt belong to them. Hence when you reach the place, head straight to 5th floor.

Book through Goibibo and you can get good discounts on booking....Breakfast is included in bookings, but not upto standards....the rooms are good, nice and clean...the toilet is clean and new... The furnitures are new and good ..it is an apartment complex converted into a hotel.... The location is difficult to find, use Google maps to find the location easily.... The staff is helpful and courteous... Easy to get transport from this location...

The rooms are totally congested. You wont have enough space to walk. The hotel is clean tho.. but the place is too shady! No proper restaurant service, they order food from outside which takes a lot time to get delivered. Not recommended!

Its in tunga village, on Saki vihar road, room was clean, bed was comfy, rooms are tooo small in size only one person can stay, itll be crowdy for 2 people. Food was tasty but costly. I ordered from outside.

One of the worst experience at Fab Hotel, despite being a such a big chain they were not ready to provide any solution . This (image attached) is the cleanest of the room at 6 PM, no breakfast served on time. Stay for 3 people has been accommodated in such a small room, i.e after putting the matress one wont be able to walk in the room. Staff did not have answer and solution. Worst experience. Wont recommend.

My overall experience with the hotel was very good. I stayed there for 4 days with booking for triple occupancy. Cleanliness and room furnishings are good, but little compact. There is no separate dining space and food & breakfast is served in the room, where you have place to eat and you need to keep the plate on bed for having your food. Hotel is conveniently located with lot of good budget eateries nearby.However, I need clarification from fabhotel. While they charge you proportionately for tripple occupancy, they provide only 1 bottle of drinking water on complementary basis (For whole day ~350 ml for a person). They will even not provide you water during breakfast. Though a small issue, but irritating to find that you have been charger for al extra water you night have orders.Breakfast options are very limited, quality & quantity wise, while they would proudly declare free breakfast. But do not compare it with any good star hotel.Hotel staffs are cooperative. The attendant at ground floor lobby (Mishraji), was quite helpful and cooperative in handling the luggage.Overall, I am satisfied with my first stay with fabhotels and hope fabhotels to address above issues, if they feel it genuine.

This is not a hotel 5th floor few smalk rooms are there size was so small you can not keep your a cabin bag ..... breakfast is standard aloparatha 1 or bread omlet any one you can choose.... reception staffs are sleeping....I did a mistake....hope you will not repeat...

Managment is not fair enough. they not provided single bed room in place of double bed room booked. Food was also not good. The quality of bed was very bad. Rooms were very small in size.

The rooms are neat and looks new.There are still reasons i can say why it is not value for money and better opt other hotels before checking this.1.hot water , seems they have provider instant heater for bathing that does not provide enough hot water it will be ok if you dont use shower.2. complimentary break fast ,This is ridiculous . One dosa , one idly , some fruites , break omlet with a tea first day.Next day , bread omlet missing.Third day , fruit salads missing .The first day break fast itself not enough for half the stomach.3.lift , malfunctioning lifts.The lift works only point to point.U need to wait for lift atleast three drops4. Very small room , cot simply fits the room size with a one man walking path.You cannot wear a saree lol.It is ok for a men.Need to consider above things when going with family
