Nice society with good environment. Nowadays I think this is best apartment in royal palm area. Nice and clean environment, high tight security sponcer by Nobrokerhood app, daily basis cleaning of each and every floor. Good parking slot within the building. The only problem is water supply but its good whatever they provide 2 times a day for 2 hrs. There are 3 wending machine available on ground floor area to provide 24 hrs Snacks, biscuits, readymade food, cold drinks etc. Even there a vegitable shop available for society members only for two times day and night and a mini grocery shop also available for two times a day.

This is the normal Apartment to leave but the location is excellent and be careful with Tigers and Cheetah is because there is forest area and there is lots of Cheetah and tiger is out there who will gonna take on you

Kinda good old construction...with 3bhk flat apartments..but only the water problem....water available for half n hour only in the morning 7 to 7:30.. ..its like a Chase if you miss the window you are doomed for the day....

Nice location to stay. Needs improvement in regards to facility. You rarely get such a dense greenery in mumbai

Society is quite old, Building structure is old too, But living around the aarey forest is bliss. Greenery all around.

Reaching Royal Palm from Goregaon station east is very time consuming & some what costly. There after it is hilly area. Difficult for senior citizens. Auto rixa not available easily. Unless you have your own vehicle, it is difficult.

Just a fine place to live in over populated city. Greenery around unlike rest of Mumbai. Commute is improving and the inflow of ppl as well. Avg rent for 1bhk is 14k(furnished)
