Really WORST LABIf it was possible to give minus star, then I would have given them -5 rating.Worst lab I have ever seen in my life.Playing with Patients life even in this time where Whole world is badly hitted by Covid 19.On Saturday I had done my Covid test recommended by Dr. Tanujs Mota clinic from Get Well Lab.I received my reports yesterday where my Surname was wrong.I asked lab, without checking they said name is as per your Aadhar card which I had provided.I asked them to recheck as on report name wasnt proper.Even today my Husband physically visited there and asked them to sent correct report in morning, still no response from their end.Finally I upfront called them. The staff working in lab are very RUDELESS they are asking me to follow up with another lab to which they had given my testing sample. How rude. I said WHY SHOULD I FOLLOW UP WITH THAT LAB when I have paid you.On top he is saying Madam you are not buying any groceries. I said if there is something issue with groceries store or market. I have consumers fourm.How can they provide name mismatch report. DOES THIS GET WELL LAB DONT KNOW THE SERIONESS OF THIS WORLDWIDE PANDAMIC.WHAT if me or any other person goes out and meet many other people.This LAB SHOULD BE PINALIZED for this type of things

Befor two days my wife was complete the SARS CoV 2 RNA, PCR test in Get well lab in Evershine city vasai E in Dr.Tanuj Mots clinic and yesterday we was received the soft copy of the covid 2 RNA report but name is not correct in the copy since yesterday 04-03-2021 @ 10 pm we are follow up with lab for name change and correct report but till they are not yet send correct report or change the name in the report, we are continually follow up with them.Its very very worst service of the Get Well lab andpeople working as un responsible. No seriousnes in the Get well lab people.Very very bad experience..request to the people go to another lab for testing instead of Get well lab.
