Worst experience faced with colmed. Placed order, they took money, but no reply about status of deliveey. We hot no.reply through rmail. More than 10 mails sent..but no single reply yet. Customer service is poor. I had yo make calls to know the status why cant they reply through email as well. And the staffs sounds lethargic or sleepy..what for they work?

After numerous calls to their customer care number about non-delivery of an order, and assurances from their side, I still dont have a resolution. They did not deliver the order, and are not cancelling it either, and neither are they refunding my money. Emails go unanswered.

I have ordered a hearing aid battery on March 21, 2020. The product is not yet delivered. Sent mail multiple times and no response from the team.Then o tried to call the number provided in the website which is always busy. Absolute cheat.We placed an order and for THREE WEEKS theres been no movement on our order status. Calls and emails are unattended, let along unanswered.If youre thinking about ordering from this website, DONT. All that will happen is that they take your money.

Worst platform to associate with for your business. Typically pathetic customer service. Rude behaviour of the customer support execs. Your call gets connected to purchase department, theyll tell you we are not the concerned team. Then your call gets connected to someone else and they tell you that the earlier person was only the concerned person. No reply over email too even in 3 complete business days even after sending 2 follow-up mails. And when you try and go and complain, not even if complain, just express your concern to the customer support execs, the reply that you get is Ill talk with my boss and make sure that your products are not listed on our platform and we wont take any of your calls in the coming future. The job of customer care execs is to resolve the issues of customers and your partners, and the kind of reply that they give you We dont have time. These are the exact words of the lady whom my call got connected to. Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional behaviour!!!! Now not writing anything further, as I think that this much gives you a fair enough idea as to what and how the company functions. Please beware!!!!

Utterly poor response from this supplier.I had ordered few suture materials recently worth 12000/- . I dint get any reply from them for 20 days. Then i called the helpline, most of the time they dont receive, if they receive they tell some concerned person would call and assist. This never happened. Again after pestering and pleading with phn calls, emails finally they told no stocks. They took 3 days to finally refund. I would suggest not to buy from this supplier and lose ur money and mental harmony.

Their Customer Care is just a formality and not for resolutions. I have wasted so much of my energy into calling their customer care and writing emails for a month and still have no info of my refund status, forget about the refund. I had to get the refund and cancel the order due to their lack of communication itself.

At 6 PM, the customer care number says, all people left for the day as it is already 6:30 , very difficult to reach customer care, they reply on emails in a day or so.

Had ordered BPL oxymeter on 07/05/2020 & paid in full. Item not recd till date. Given phone number nobody replies. Sent 3 mIls they reply saying this is your ticket number. Left messages on phone nobody bothers. Horrible service. Need to be taken to consumer court.

Not even worth 1 star. These guys are bunch of cheats. Ordered 2 500 ML and one 100 ML handrubs. They did not send any 100 ML bottle and kept on repeating the same script again and again. Stay away from the their website. Zero customer service but great at fleecing the customer.

Fake cheap products.if you want to waste your hard earn money then go for it. I have ordered premium steth from there but instead got a local steth of rs 1000 value. I have send mail several time and tried to contact them but all goes into vain.by displaying discounts and various products they lure people like us and then they make us helpless victim. Local shop in your medical college is still best place to buy steth or other medical products.my sincere advice and warning to all fellows to please keep away from this fraudulent so called company.

I used few other sites compare with those, collateral medical is very good site.They give lots of offers and discounts. Almost 99% of the medical devices shown on their site are available. Few times they may faced stock issue but most of the time they delivered on time.Their customer service also very good and they provide on time solution and they can understand our problem and trying to resolve ASAP

Worst experience with this site. Placed an order for a product which shows available on the site. Website says that for my pin-code the product will be delivered in 3 business days. For 20 days the support team kept saying various reasons for not delivering the product ( trying to arrange product / product is dispatched / product is in transit etc).The support team is even worst. They just dont reply to your support tickets. You will get a reply only if you repeatedly keep mailing them asking about your order. They will only give you fake assurances.Finally after cancelling my order I had to sent another reminder after 8 days asking about the refund status. Only after the reminder was sent the refund process was initiated.This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

It has been more than a week since I have placed my order for two mdf acoustica stethoscopes. The order still hasnt been dispatched,and it is impossible to contact Customer Care.

I had ordered MDF M PRINT STETHOSCOPE. The product is just so beautiful, and Colmed nicely engraved it for free. Definitely worth recommending.

Dont pay online from this site..I Paid8k online for a stethoscope... Its been 16 days not received my product yet... And these people are not receiving my call also...the courier service told dat my product has been returned back half on its way before reaching my address... I have been fooled...please dont pay online... Just do cash on delivery.... its better dont buy any product from this site...

These guys are not even worth one star. This place is a complete scam. Never ever buy any medical equipments from here. Your money will be duped and you will never receive any equipment. I ordered products close to Rs. 4500 and its over 5 months now they have stopped taking my calls too. And the person in customer service uses filthy language when complained.

Not sure about the company reputation. I ordered few products. Though the delivery was very late,a ;; products were received in good and well condition.However the delivery is very slow, customer care must hold customers with accurate answers.Prices are very competitive while compared to Amazon, Flipkart etc. Greatly appreciated by competitive prices.Shruthi is the customer care executive who gives good response.

Horrible site & a total 3rd grade cheap & fraud customer service! I ordered a product on 16 Sep 2018. No one bothered to inform me that the item is out of stock & would be shipped as soon as procured. Then in like 2-3 weeks, they email me saying it would be shipped on 28th Sep. Well this never happened. Then they gave me another date, which again never happened. Finally I got the order on 15 Oct 2018, which was faulty. The product code key was damaged & I could not use it. A sick portal to order anything

They do not respond after collecting the money. Exactly like some of the others have complained. I will be logging a FIR with the cyber crime branch to shut down this site so they dont commit this fraud on others. I have also raised a complaint with the national consumer portal and also sending a legal notice to them. Please do not swipe your money on this site. It will go down the black hole. I ordered a stethoscope on 6th aug 2017, even paid amount online as to not to face any delay in getting the product, and today is 26th of aug and still no one (not from mail, not from online chat, not customer care) responding to my issues. I jus want to cancel my order and get my money back. This is THE TERRIBLE and MOST DISADISAPPOINTED RESPONSE Ive ever faced from any online stores. The most unreliable and unprofessional online shopping site for medical equipment. I had ordered Littmann spares. After one month of placing order when i didnt receive the item, i called them about order status (since they didnt respond to email). They requested 2 more weeks as they were out if stock. I gave 2 weeks yet no response. I called again and requested refund. After 10 days no refund response. Called again and threatened legal action. Thry said one in one week i will get refund. Again no response. Mailed again. Finally received refund. I would suggest not to buy anything from Colmed.
