Date October 7, 2021Visited this hospital for Second dose of Covishield (PAID). Had referred google reviews before selecting this vaccination centre.Reached hospital by 1.25pm and received my dose with proper verified certificate by 1.38pm.Highly impressed by cooperative staff service.

Service utilised today 25.09.21, covid vaccine 2nd dose.Reached early leave early.We reached at 8.20 am, tokan no was in single digit, counter started at 8.50 am, got vaccine at 9am, left 9.20am. Fast, isnt it.Could have been in less than that time, if counter started at 8.30am sharp.They have a infrastructure problem as there is only one entry point hence garbage truck is seen parked very close to the waiting area, refer photo.Other wise, look good hospital, we have not used any other services here so cant comment.Thanks

Worst vaccination center.No worth booking your appointment online here.Walk in and online registration are same for them.All have to wait in same queue for that for hours.Waited approx 2 hours for getting vaccinated even after paying them.Instead government centers are way better than this apex hospital vaccination centre.Never book your appointment here.

Very slow vaccination process and covid norms not followed properly.Even after booking time slot, have to wait more than 1.30 hour.

Took my second dose of Covishield @ Apex Hospital Mulund West.Overall experience was good, the staff and Nurse were equally helpful.Book your appointment on weekdays, as there isl ess crowd and vaccination happens lot quicker...

This was my covishield vaccination center for dose 2. It is a small hospital. The secured guard was noting down the names of the people coming and he was painfully slow in writing. The observation room post vaccine shot was very small without any ventilation or social distancing. The clerks managing the payments and receipts were not wearing masks.Anyways, I got my vaccine and I am happy about it. Cheers.

Terrible service!! There is only one receptionist in whole hospital where they are also undertaking Covid vaccinations. If receptionist goes to some other department for billing the whole front desk is left empty. They have no value for anyone’s time. And till you don’t talk sternly to anyone no one is willing to take initiative. All staff just want to stand in the side and gossip. Will never recommend anyone.

The queue and ambience was well maintained. Good nature of all the staff with employee.

I, Smt.Valsala Nair, Age 60 had booked a slot of covishied second dose vaccination with your hospital on 12 September 2021. After the payment procedure, I went to the vaccination room for my vaccine,to my utter surprise I was injected twice for .5 vaccine, On inquiry with the nurse I was told that the syringe was faulty. If the syringe is faulty while loading the medicine itself she will come to know that the syringe is faulty, then why did she use the faulty syringe. Are you playing with some ones life. Who is responsible for this this kind of negligence, Your valuable response is appreciated.

Great experience for covid vaccination. Professional and polite staff. Very cooperative. The situation was well managed by them. Although parking outside is a little issue if its more crowded

I have been treated for Covid in Apex Mulund.Treated with proper medication thats help me to recover from disease so fast.All the necessary medical equipments are available and provided on time.Timely treatment under expert doctors and experienced working staff results speedy recovery.

All doctors and nursing staff are excellent and treat their patients well. All the facilities are available at hospital. Rooms are clean and hygiene is maintained. Food was excellent and given on time.

Absolutely horrible experience. They’re unorganised and unprofessional. No social distancing or time slots were maintained. Even after a proper registration had been done through the cowin site, they had the audacity to lie about the doses being over.

They say the hospital is cashless but their card machine doesnt work.There is always a queue and yu have to wait for an hour or so.The vaccinator was not good. She was in a rush to give the vaccine.

Vaccination process goes really slow it took 2.30 hours for my moms second dose she is the senior citizens this people dont have any management for senior people. lady sitting on registeration counter dont have any atticate to talk I would not recommend this hospital for vaccination .... As off walkin and registration line are same

Horrible experience! They made us wait for too long for billing where the receptionist said she is coming soon but she still didn’t come 30 mins later and someone else was forced to do it who had no idea what he was doing. Terrible! Would not recommend.

The hospital is really good.All staff have been very supporting and cooperative. Special mention to Dr. Sagar Patil and Rufina maam for being professional, and treating our father well. All medications including Oxygen had been provided by the hospital.

Overall it was clean and neat. Although the pre vaccination sitting arrangements could have been better.

Absolutely worst management.Booked Covid vaccination slot @2 pm, both online and offline folks are kept waiting in same line, they do not respect online registration and slot booking time. They will keep you waiting for hours in line. Upon investigation rude answers are given pathetic. Don’t book this hospital neither for vaccination nor for general treatment.

I went to md bhatia school (ramji assar).I went there to get vaccine for my grand mother. The service is quite friendly. The dose was given instantly. They will help you with cowin app too if you dont understand. They even gave the printout of the certificate. You can take our car inside too.

Yesterday, I took my 2nd dose of Covishield at Apex hospital. Good experience. Hospital is simple with cleanliness and infrastructure.

This hospital is the worst, so the admin here is not proper. Here the number of staff is also very less, the same staff is made to work again and again.

Very bad experience with this hospital.They dont give attention to the patients . From the management to the staffs all r very irresponsible n careless.They have no value of time. After 5 months of discharge Ive not get the amount which Ive deposited at the time of admission.They all r very very money minded ...only for money they keep the patients with them.Neither the treatment nor the management all r very very worst

Staff doesnt wear mask at all.My mom got her second dose there today. After she got her dose, there was zero monitoring unlike first dose which she took in a government facility. A hospital which gives Covid vaccine has staff which either wears masks on their chins or no mask at all

Worst hospital for covid centre never ever visit it we were 4 people they denied giving us vaccine by saying they require 10 people. From where the hell we will bring 10 people. Its duty of hospital to inform us about this condition at the time when we called hospital for an enquiry. We returned home without vaccine. Very bad experience.
